But every single day is a blank page — even if the story seems familiar. Approaching each task, conversation, or challenge with a “beginner’s mind” lets you see new details, new possibilities, and new ways to grow. Sometimes the magic comes not from doing something new, but from seeing something old with new eyes. Give yourself permission to start over, even if you’ve walked this path a hundred times. Mastery isn’t about repeating the same steps; it’s about discovering new depth in what you already know.

Where in your life have you been coasting on autopilot? What could shift if you approached it with curiosity, as if it were your very first time?

Pick something you’re “used to” — a routine, a skill, a relationship — and try to see it as a complete beginner would. Ask questions. Notice details you usually miss. Start over, not because you have to, but because you get to.
