The new year has kicked off with a mass of cosmic energy, which brought to some many new possibilities, inspiration, lots of energy (to the point of hyperactivity) and a fresh new start, and then to others intense emotions, quick irritation, fatigue and worsening physical ailments - depending on how you felt before.

January will prompt you to a deeper understanding of the things that happened last year - in yourself, around you and in the world, so that you get ready to set a clear course by February. You draw conclusions, you take stock, and the energy of this month will help you let go of that which is a burden you no longer need to carry (because your karma has been completed).

The New Moon on January 11 gives you a powerful impulse to shake off what is no longer appropriate, and to set your priorities and outlines for this year realistically and with your inner wise eye. You begin to realize more and more who you are, and you begin to see where you used to keep your light under a bushel, for fear of rejection, of no longer belonging, of being judged or hurt.

As was the case throughout 2023, there is still a great deal of emphasis on finding your truth. Throughout the year you can see more and more clearly what was illusion - what is not in alignment with the truth of your Higher Self, what is aligned with love, brotherhood and sisterhood, cooperation and for the Highest Good. And step by step you are building new beliefs that are aligned and therefore feel light, clear and transparent.

In January you can be confronted with your own sensitivity, and that can feel positive, but you can also find it a burden. The more you learn to "master" your own sensitivity, to manage it, the more you can use it for your healing, and for all of us. You learn more and more to feel your own energy field, to monitor it, to feel your body better and better, and then discover more and more what to do at what time to help yourself come to balance and healing. This becomes more and more a source of self-confidence and joy. You discover that you can do it yourself. And each person who can bring himself into balance and healing, brings the world into balance and healing, step by step we do this together.

The Full Moon of January 25 (05:54 pm (WET), GMT+00:00) helps you discover what you feel your vitality flowing from, what makes you happy, what makes you feel good, and that in turn helps you let go of what doesn't (as far as it can for you, karmically speaking). This third week of the month you feel the energy shifting, and you can use that to finally get moving again and do what needs to be done. The winds of renewal are really beginning to blow through all the caked structures, within you and around you, and that can give those who have come here to establish renewal a sense of great re-breathing.

The 4 in 2024 at the same time asks us to be realistic and well grounded, and to realize that big changes in the world (like in your own life), don't happen in one or two months, but moment by moment, step by step, with disappointments and hopeful events, with trial and error. And to realize that you can and should take your own responsibility as a citizen of the world, to make the change you desire, and not wait for others to do it for you.

Also this year, the quality of 'perseverance' will help you not to be defeated by all the major and minor setbacks, and on the contrary, to gather even more courage to focus, clear and ready, and with much courage and love to continue on your way. To help and support each other, and dare to receive help and support yourself when needed.

Where last year was a year to retreat often, this year is a year to regularly seek out people who do you good. This is a year to come out more, out of your comfort zone sometimes, to each other. We all need that.
