As we begin to actively engage with the necessary inner shifts and changes we are called to make our growth and development becomes more obvious. The realisations occurring now are helping us confront all that we need to change both internally and externally. With the releasing of old wounds and negative patterning we are able to connect with our natural sensitivity and the expanded levels of consciousness available to us now.

Growth at this time may be associated with anxiety as old ways of being need to be released to make room for new. You may feel torn between the compelling energy of change and the frantic need to cling to the past. Even if your external world is in order you internal world may be feeling battered. As the pace of life quickens be mindful of the need for conscious action. Do not rush your awakening, healing and evolutionary process. Make time to gently open to your heart and soul and the beauty that lies within.
