The Collapse is Happening

A collapse is happening, and I think most people can feel it, even if they don’t yet have the language for it. It’s not just political or social, it’s energetic. Structures held together by secrecy, distortion, and long-standing manipulation are losing their grip. We can see it in the headlines. We can see it in the conversations around the Epstein files and the ongoing exposure of systems people were told for decades didn’t exist.

Whether someone follows those stories closely or not isn’t the point. The point is that what has been hidden is surfacing, and when that happens at a collective level, it doesn’t stay “out there.” It moves through the field, and it moves through our bodies.

When collective architecture starts to crack, the nervous system responds. The emotional body responds. Old grief, old rage, old shock that was never processed because there was no space to process it begins to rise. At the same time, we have a whole new layer of grief, rage, and trauma to process as the disclosure in all areas continues. This is not easy on us, yet more of us are ready to FULLY process it now.

There’s a kind of black-hole density that can form during large-scale transformation, where it feels like something is pulling inward and downward at the same time. It can feel implosive and heavy, like gravity has increased. Our energy is being compacted, compressed, stripped down to something raw. Old fears surface, and we may find ourselves revisiting memories we thought were long resolved or reacting more strongly than we "should.”

It’s what happens when long-held structures begin to dissolve, and everything that was packed inside them, suppressed emotion, survival strategies, unprocessed grief, unconscious contracts, and outdated identities, starts to loosen. When the container cracks, the contents shift. And before they clear, they need to be seen, felt, and unwound.

Unwinding False Foundations

My husband has been wanting to redo our very outdated kitchen for years. I have resisted and come up with every excuse possible, especially financial ones. Yet we have updated other areas of the house. It made no sense. Over the last weekend, I realized I had created a belief that had built a false foundation inside. The last time we remodeled a kitchen, it wasn’t long before my spinal fusion failed, my cerebral fluid column was sliced, and I entered into a health battle that collapsed and shifted our entire lives. I saw that I had created a correlation: remodeling the kitchen led to our financial downfall and the loss of everything 15 years ago. Yet they were not related in any way. Once I saw it, I went through and unwound those cords of fear I created. The next day I woke, ready to pull the trigger on a kitchen remodel, and we excitedly picked out cabinets, and the job will start soon.

This understanding has made me look at the other false foundations I am still carrying, and there are quite a few related to religion, societal expectations, health, aging, finances… You name it, there is a thread. We have lived in an inverted system our entire lives, and it is now working to right itself, but first, we have to see it. We need to be open to the possibility that everything we know and understand is inverted or only half-truths.

Physical Patterns and Energetic Recalibration

I am also watching very specific physical patterns show up across many people, young and old. Chest colds and lung congestion are everywhere. The lungs store grief energetically, and mucus holds memory and must be expelled. (Mullein leaf helps with this) As disclosure increases and the collective begins processing betrayal, corruption, and the shattering of illusions, that grief needs to be felt and then moved out.

At the same time, there are headaches, cranial pressure, tension behind the eyes, and strange neurological sensations. People are describing pressure at the crown, buzzing in the head, ear ringing, tightness at the base of the skull, pain that moves around, and a sense of the brain being overstimulated, even when they aren’t doing anything.

The head and cranial field are recalibrating. When old belief systems collapse, the nervous system has to reorganize. The system doesn’t love that as it thrives on predictability. It wants the old way, even if it was built on distortions.

Some may feel like they are glitching as new pathways form. Old circuitry is being cleared, the mind is learning to hold more truth and emotions without going into fear, and the body is learning to hold more frequency without feeling fried. It is a process that takes time. Slow and steady wins the race here. We need to give ourselves the space and grace to move through this process with ease, even when the ego is screaming that not enough is being done.

The endocrine system is also under strain. Hormones are fluctuating. Sleep is disrupted. Adrenals are overworked. The endocrine system is deeply tied to survival coding. When the world feels unstable, that system lights up. When a person is internally shedding an old identity, foundation, or belief, the system has to adjust to the new internal reality.

The hips and lower back are another major pressure point right now. The hips hold fear, forward movement, and suppressed momentum. They hold the places where we didn’t move when we wanted to, or couldn’t move when we needed to.

The lower back holds survival and support; the questions “Am I safe?” and “Am I supported?” live here. As timelines shift and people are repositioned internally, those areas tighten, inflame, or ache. It’s the body bracing while reality rearranges itself.

There is also a lot happening in the shoulders. Deep shoulder tension, pain between the shoulder blades, heaviness across the upper back. The shoulders carry responsibility, but they also carry the persecution wound.

Many people walking this path hold old imprints of being attacked, judged, silenced, or punished for seeing too much or speaking too clearly. As the truth surfaces, those ancient memories get stirred. The body remembers what it cost to hold truth in other times. The shoulders brace and tighten in anticipation of impact, even when no impact is coming.

The back of the heart chakra is carrying a lot, too. The back of the heart holds betrayal, heartbreak, the burden of carrying others, and the shock of realizing things were not what they seemed. It holds the moments when trust was fractured. As more is exposed externally, those old internal wounds are activated so they can finally be cleared. That activation can feel like tightness, ache, pressure, or sudden emotional waves that seem to come out of nowhere. The body is dissolving what it has been storing quietly for a very long time.

Astrological Dismantling and Transformation

Astrologically, we are in a period of dismantling false authority and exposing what has been propped up without integrity. These are not soft transits. They are destabilizing wherever we have built a false foundation, personally, collectively, spiritually, financially, and relationally. Anything that has been held together through denial, performance, fear, or manipulation is under pressure right now. Astrology reflects and amplifies it, so we can finally see it.

It’s like a spotlight and a wrecking ball at the same time. Things that used to stay hidden aren’t staying hidden. Things that used to be tolerated aren’t tolerable anymore. The old scaffolding is shaking, and the parts of us built to survive in that old world are shaking with it. It can no longer stand.

Relationships are changing, friendships are dissolving. Old roles stopped fitting. Our tolerance for certain dynamics disappeared almost overnight. Our body is demanding a different pace. Our nervous system is rejecting what it used to accept. We can’t unsee what we’ve seen. We can’t unknow what we know now. There is pressure on the old foundation, both globally and personally, and the deeper truth is that this collapse is long overdue. It’s here to dismantle what was never real, so something real can finally be built.

This is not an easy time, but it is potent, and it has the potential to shift us completely if we allow all the false foundations to crumble fully.
