You were born for exactly THESE times

The pressure on earth is building now, and as this occurs, the Grandmothers say, “Affirm your connection with the Net of Light—magnify and anchor the Net where you stand. You were born for exactly THESE times.

“You are now living in an energy field where negativity, trauma and drama are surfacing. Expect more of this,” they said, “as this is the time for ancient material to rise up from the primeval sludge. Most of this energy that’s coming up now originated long ago and it must now be witnessed as it leaves. Many years ago, we told you that this time would come and said that when it came, you would be needed to stand steady in the light. Well,” they said, “that time is here.

“It is not easy to live through all this upheaval and pain, and because we love you deeply, we are here to help you manage it.

“Negativity is rising now in order to be purged, but when certain ideas, opinions, or ‘stories’ take over and attempt to control your mind, you sometimes get stuck in them. Painful memories and attachments from the past are only distractions from the truth of your being, so when you realize that you’re getting caught in them, return your awareness to how you feel. Move into the position of the witness, the one who stands to the side and compassionately observes.

“Each time you return your attention to your body and notice how it feels, how you are breathing, and what emotions are moving in you, your heart strengthens and your mind calms. So, go to your body. Ask, ‘How am I? How do I feel? What am I observing?’ Then feel whatever you feel and watch it with no judgement and no need to explain it or understand it. It’s just old stuff.

“Because the body never lies, it can provide a steady barometer for you. Go to your body,” the Grandmothers say, “call on the Net of Light and observe how you are feeling. Let the Net of Light hold you while you simply watch the movement of this old energy. Remember,” they said, “it’s showing itself now because it’s on its way out!

“Keep it simple,
—FEELINGS.
—THE BODY.
—THE NET OF LIGHT.

"The Net of Light does it all,” they said, “it purifies, protects, teaches, heals and comforts. AND, each time you work with it, because it is the Net of Light, it lifts not only you, but lifts millions of others too. You receive the help you need and others also receive that help. As you say,” the Grandmothers laughed, “It gives you the biggest bang for your buck.” —The Great Council of the Grandmothers, 8-21-26
