How to Live in Three Dimensions at Once

As you can probably attest to, life has become increasingly intense and challenging these days.

All the unfinished business, unresolved traumas, and unhealed woundings we’ve ever experienced in our lives are now arising within us to be finally released.

At times, it’s one thing after another, seemingly non-stop.

Although everyone on the planet is being affected by what’s happening on Earth, those of us riding the timeline headed into the Fifth Dimension are especially being affected. The shift we are making is momentous — into a much higher frequency, and it’s happening at an accelerating rate. It’s been challenging to just keep sane lately and continue on, day after day.

In and Out of Three Different Realities

What makes it especially confusing is that there are now three different dimensions that are available to us on the consciousness level.

Even though our bodies will remain in 3D until the Earth makes her final shift into 5D, we are now able to reach into three very different dimensional realities in our awareness. We are slipping in and out of 3D and 4D all the time – and occasionally into 5D, which is incredibly different.

It’s no wonder we can feel as if we’re tumbling around at times in no-man’s land, often not knowing who we are anymore. Pieces of our familiar identities are dropping away; new aspects of ourselves are coming on board; and sometimes there’s the sensation that we’re looking at a stranger in the mirror.

Consciousness Guide

It can be useful to have a type of “consciousness guide” to track where we are when different things are occurring within our consciousness.

Especially when we get stuck in 3D consciousness, it’s helpful to first of all realize that this is what’s happening – and then to have a guide as to how we might rise out of it into the higher frequency of 4D. And if we are sailing along in 4D, perhaps we can rise even further and have an experience in 5D.

This is what I have created in a three-part YouTube series – a type of map or guide to indicate which dimensional consciousness you may be in when you’re experiencing something confusing – and how you might rise into a higher one, if you choose to.

In this first one, I discuss the different aspects of 3D Consciousness. Some of these are obvious, but some are not. It’s helpful to start with this one, to understand how we can get stuck in this lowest level of awareness.

In this second YouTube, I discuss many different experiences you can have when you’re operating in 4D consciousness. And then I offer a number of ways you can rise into it from 3D consciousness.

And in the third, I describe some common exquisite experiences you can have when you happen to slip into 5D consciousness.

Of course, you may have your own experiences you could add to what I describe in these YouTubes. But hopefully, in listening to them, you will recognize your own experiences and be able to create a personal consciousness guide or map of your own to help you during these most challenging days of your ascension journey.
