If you’re experiencing surprising and uncomfortable shifts lately in your relationships with family members, partners, or friends, there’s a reason for this.

The Earth — along with all life on it – has recently made a huge shift toward the Fifth Dimension into a much higher-frequency reality.

Among other things, this is bringing to light all the things that have not been working in our relationships. Many of us have already been experiencing this in the last few years; but now, the challenges seem to be increasing, even with people we’ve been able to weather the recent covid and political storms with.

Most importantly, we are witnessing emotional triggers within us, and in our loved ones, that we haven’t seen before. We’re finding that, in order to make our relationships work, we have been holding in and not really expressing all of our needs, desires, expectations and beliefs — and they are now demanding expression.

Need to Fully Honor Ourselves

Somehow, in this new higher-frequency reality, we are no longer allowed to continue on in patterns in which we are not fully honoring ourselves.

We are finding we must more clearly express who we are and what is important to us – no matter how it might affect the relationship.

And therefore, all the differences and misunderstandings that have been present but buried or discounted in our relationships are now rising to the surface, needing to express themselves and be known.

For those experiencing this in important relationships, it is creating a great deal of discomfort – and for some, deep despair, fear and anger. In certain cases, the emotions are so severe, they may be causing break-ups and unhappy distancing. And for some, the shift has happened so suddenly, they are also feeling stunned and completely disoriented.

Ascension is not an Easy Process

Although we’ve all been becoming more and more aware that ascension is generally not an easy or comfortable process, it does now seem to be presenting increasing challenges for us.

Whatever low-frequency patterns, beliefs, and needs that have been buried in our unconscious mind are now needing to be seen and released.

In one way, we may find we are surprisingly able to handle them more and more easily; we see we are becoming stronger and wiser and more able to flow with whatever arises.

We realize that, if we can just become aware of the new frequencies that are flowing onto the planet, we can sense the greater freedom and ease they carry – and learn to ride them.

But, at times, we can be so surprised when something disturbing is revealed, that we fall into old coping patterns of denial, anger, blaming, or self-pity, before we can find our way back into the higher frequencies again.

However, if we keep in mind that ascension basically involves a process of transmuting old frequencies, beliefs, emotions and habits into a higher frequency of Light, it can make the process easier. We can better trust what’s happening.

We’re Here to Purify the Old Energies

We need to keep remembering that we have somehow signed up to purify all these old energies that have not only infiltrated us as individuals but have also plagued humanity for thousands of years.

Indeed, we are in the process of birthing a whole new Earth and reality for humanity to live in. This is a profound and extremely complex mission.

Therefore, if we experience disturbing changes in our relationships, this is all part of that mission. We are being tasked with re-evaluating them and, if necessary, upleveling them.

And, if both of us in the relationship can shift into a higher frequency within ourselves and find a deeper love for ourselves and for the other person – then, the relationship will naturally shift into a much higher frequency.

The love we share will become all the richer and clearer, with each of us feeling freer to express ourselves much more fully. This may happen quickly or it may take some time. But we will eventually land in a much more honest relationship with them.

However, if the issues are not resolving themselves, perhaps it is time to let go of holding onto the relationship, at least in how it’s been in the past. And, instead, just watch to see what naturally occurs.

As many of us know, timelines are really splitting now. In some cases, people we have loved are now going in a very different direction from us. It truly may be necessary for us to let them go to where they need to go, trusting they’re being guided to where they will have the greatest opportunity for them to evolve as Souls.

The Love Always Remains

What’s important to remember, however, is that the love we have had for the people we’ve been in relationship with need never change. If real, it will never leave us.

It’s just the form of the relationship that existed till now that might need to change — or just fade away.

If the relationship ends, we need to trust we are being guided in the right direction – into a higher-vibrational reality in which we will eventually experience in our relationships a greater sense of freedom, wholeness, and power to be all of who we are.

And, as we look around us, we will see those who are taking this ride with us —  people who have risen in frequency, just as we have, and who are probably on the same page with us about most things.

Some of these people will probably be our old friends, partners and family members — and some will be brand-new to us. We will see that these are the ones with whom we’ll be walking into the Fifth Dimension.
