Slow Down and Smell the Roses

We absolutely need to slow down if we are to access and maintain higher consciousness. The old energy lower consciousness realms are moving very fast.

As you access the higher levels you will slow down into a form of consciousness that is like meditation. You will feel inner peace and a stillness that expresses Peace and Joy.

That may be why so many of us feel like everything is moving too fast for us. Or we may get whiplash from moving from fast to slow and back.

This transition period is not easy.

But it is so important to make that move to SLOW Down and smell the Roses.

Because this fragrance of a Rose is what awakens and opens the Heart.

It helps you to remember who you are.

and why you are here.

It reconnects you to Nature and to Earth.

I am currently doing a practice called “plant dieting” with Rose this week. This is where you focus on the flower and meditate with it and eat or drink it in a tea. This fosters a deep connection with the Flower. I ask for messages from “Mother Rose”. Last night I had a wonderful dream where I had moved to a new home, and outside there was an old fashioned water tap, and planted all around it was mint and lavender plants. It was so refreshing and beautiful and healing. Someone came past and said they were glad to see I was back. I felt like I was returning to a level of connection with nature that I had experienced in the past or past lives.

Yeshua said, “The Kingdom of Heaven is within you” and I think that the “kingdom of the Rose” is also within us.

Rose is the Queen of Flowers and she is Love and Healing.

She is within us, in the Heart Garden of Peace.
