"We're aware that only those whom we call  will respond."

"Listen," the Grandmothers said, and off in the distance I heard a train whistle.  Closer and closer it came and then they spoke.  "You are here," they pointed to where I was standing.  "You are not somewhere else.  We have put you at this exact place in time, so pay attention to where you are.  You have a job to do ... here.

"The Net of Light needs to be more firmly anchored to your planet," they explained.  "The earth must be held in light during these dark times, and you are the means for this to take place.  You are the anchor," they said, and, rising to their full height, twelve fierce-looking grandmothers cried, "Drop in!

"Think of the lower part of your body and feel how connected you are to the earth.  As you settle in, your awareness moves into your body trunk and you can feel this rootedness.  Your feet, hips, buttocks, and all aspects of you are anchoring into the planet," they said.  "This earthly connection needs to occur now, and so you have been called.

"Breathe deep and breathe easy," the Grandmothers said, "and this linkage will occur.  A current of light will run through you into the earth while a responding current flows up to you.  There is great love, an unassailable bond between you and your Mother.  Feel it," they said.

"For too long humans have been asleep to their bond with this planet, deprived of their connection to Earth.  You have been hovering somewhere in the mental realms for far too long,' the Grandmothers smiled, "oblivious to your Mother.  But now you are returning to balance, harmonizing your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects together.  This is good.

"We are calling you now, and we're aware that only those whom we call will respond.  The number of people drawn to our work is not great," they said, "but the power they wield IS great.  If what we are asking of you resonates in your heart, then and only then will you respond.

"Sink into your connection with your Mother," the Grandmothers said,"call on the Net of Light to hold you steady and experience as you connect with Earth and all life on Her.  Let the Net of Light hold you and know that as you open your heart to the blessings that are pouring into you, because you are part of the great Net of Light and are willing to receive, so can everyone else.  Open to the love of the Mother so that all may join you and, like you, be blessed."  Then the Grandmothers sang:

"Net of Light, Net of Light, Floating in the Net of Light

 Net of Light, Net of Light, Holding in the Net of Light

 Reaching out, Reaching in, Reaching through the Net of Light

 Loving all, Serving all, Holding all within the Light

 Net of Light, Net of Light, Net of Love and Net of Light

 Net of Light, Net of Light, Our Hearts are One within the Light."

According to science, the Net of Light is the largest living construct in the Universe. It anchors light throughout the cosmos and is presently holding our planet steady.
