Solstice / New Moon Update 12-20-2022

Dear Friends,

Solstice is Wednesday, December 21 at 2:48PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

It is important to honor both the light and the dark, endings and beginnings, the inner self and the outer self. Energetically this time is more aligned with the ending of a cycle and the beginning of a new one than our traditional New Years calendar. Although we celebrate a new year by calendar, honoring the solstice is a powerful way to ritualize the release of something complete and setting new intentions moving forward. Remember that no matter how things look now, there is always a way forward, even if the way is not yet clear. Use this solstice energy to anchor your desires, to heal the past and to be inspired by a way forward that honors your true passions.

The New Moon in Capricorn is Friday, December 23 at 3:16AM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

This is a super New Moon, meaning that it is close to the earth, and combined with the Solstice influence amplifies the boundary between endings and beginnings. Honor what is leaving your life and make room and space for it to leave with ease and grace, forgiveness, compassion and neutrality. There is much energy during this time for deep healing of very old wounds and for turning recent challenges into bids for power. Welcome something new into your life even if you do not know what it is yet. Keep your vibration high so you can attract the very best for yourself that will be the greatest support for your intentions moving forward.
