Ensuring your personal and business relationships are positive is just as important as having a safe and comfortable environment. If they’re not positive and fostering growth and forward movement within you and as a result, your business, they are a waste of your time.

You know from personal experience that one bad interaction with someone can throw you off for the rest of the day, if not longer. And what about all the time, money, and energy you lose in the process?

Is it really worth it?

Those are the people you want in your life … not the ones who constantly drain your energy with negative interactions, never giving anything in return.

So, stop wasting unneeded energy on interactions with negative individuals who do not have your best interest at heart. 

Figure out who is out of alignment with the goals you want to achieve for your business, and stop interacting with them. And how do you do that?

Do they make you angry? Do interactions leave you feeling drained? Seek spiritual guidance from someone you trust to get clarity and find out who is draining you and who is helping you grow and move forward.

Once you’ve figured out who is the problem, you have a choice to make. There comes a point and time when you have to decide what’s more important and who to put first.
