Ian Gawler is possibly even more important than Anthony William. His stillness meditation, developed with Australian psychiatrist Ainslie Meares, is revolutionary. It originates from India via the guru Shiva Pura Baba.

Combining the teachings of Gawler and William is powerful. Gawler’s books teach meditation and stillness techniques that have personally saved my life twice.
