Using Energies of This Season.

Hello friends,

This is one of my favorite times of the year! We have a new season and helpful energy windows helping us to refresh and renew our personal commitment for making this world a better place.

The more that I observe my outer world and excavate my inner being in these moments, the more respect I have for our ongoing dance of change. In fact, it's truly amazing to see the progress we have made as a collective and as individual Divine Changemakers since the 2020s began! 

When I work with people 1-1, I like to include regular reassessments of where the person is on their path, their growth, huge hurdles they have overcome, and the new level of daring they are able to apply in life. My Personal Support Sessions are a combination of healing, new life insights, and an unbiased view of progress and spiritual growth. 

Using Energies of This Season

To benefit most from any energy cycle, it's optimal to become familiar with helpful energy windows and opportunities arising during times like Equinox, Full and New Moons, and Mercury Retrogrades. Factoring these into your day and key activities can make all the difference - helping you to be present to emotions and happenstance related to the energy event.

Mercury Retrogrades, as I wrote about last month, come with gifts as well as possible communications snafus. A gift could be uncovering the cause to a longstanding troubling issue, then doing inner work to resolve and finding resolution.

This weekend we have a powerful Pisces Full Moon! I suggest using your dream journal or meditation to tap insights arising over the next few days. Invite a knowing of creative solutions to a current challenge, too. You could get sudden flashes of insight. 

Your Personal and Spiritual Growth

As you become present to helpful energy windows, I suggest you help yourself with regular meditation and inner work. Making a commitment to this is essential for getting the most out of this season. The idea is to go deeper with yourself, excavating areas of your inner life in need of exploration.
