Tools To Manage Life Challenges

Hello friends,

Today I'd like to discuss simple ways to change your personal energy during times of challenge. For context, I will describe this week's roller coaster energies and some personal remedies you can apply to weather the ups-and-downs.

Background

To live during times of revolution is not easy, to say the least. The pace of adapting to both new ways thinking and doing things accelerates constantly. As Divine Changemakers, our infinite self has unlimited bandwidth for adapting. Our human self, with an ego, is wired to fight changes and surprises. It's happiest with the status quo.

This week's energies can be volatile, triggering emotions and push back from the ego. Plans may go awry. Examples: (1) you thought you were prepared for a meeting, then the organizer changed the agenda to include another topic unfamiliar to you (2) you were invited to a social function, not informed that you would see a person who tends to trigger you (3) you applied for a new job opportunity and find out you were not chosen (4) you soon will begin a new job in an unfamiliar field and start to question your abilities to succeed.

How To Change Your Energy

Below I outline simple approaches to changing your energy, transforming your life experience. The key with all examples is tracking your naysayer ego and consciously owning your power to step into situations as they arise.

1. Develop increased mindfulness - only you are in charge of your own mind. Watch your self-talk. Without judging your ego's push back, override it with your higher awareness that can show you the big picture.
2. When things don't make sense, let go and resist the temptation to overthink the "why."
3. When feeling disappointed about something, be open to something even better manifesting. Remember: you are infinite.
4. Inspiration and ideas can come from anywhere! When you feel stuck, center yourself, let go, and invite the Universe to open your mind to receiving what you need, when you need it. Then, importantly, let go of the "how" and "when."
5. Since it's common to judge and compare - two unproductive habits - do your best to catch yourself as you begin judging or comparing.
