Today I'd like to share some tangible benefits available when you become more aware of your dreams. Everyone dreams, yet oftentimes we don't understand the messages in our dreams.

Dreams can help you navigate life and increase self-awareness. Did you know dreams also can remind you of your cosmic connections - your deeper ties to the universe, nature, spirit, or the collective unconsciousness - in symbolic, emotional, and even mystical ways?

Symbolism Beyond The Personal

Dreams tend to be symbolic - using symbols that go beyond day-to-day life. You might dream of architypes (e.g., the Shadow and the Child). Another type of symbol involves stars and galaxies (signs of your place in something vast and interconnected).

In dreams, the typical rules of time and space often don't apply. You might dream of travel across dimensions, connecting with beings from other worlds, or speaking with ancestors or future selves.

Messages from the "beyond" are common in dreams. People often experience these like messages from guides or loved ones who've passed.
