Do not fear the search. The clues are already present:

• What patterns repeat, despite your best efforts?

• What do you desire deeply, yet feel perpetually out of reach?

• Where in your life do you feel small, silenced, or unseen?

Pause and ask:

“What must I believe, to have created this reality?”

Be still. Let the answers rise. They may come in thought, image, feeling, or simply a knowing. This is your multidimensional self speaking.

Guidance from the Ascended Masters

You are not alone in this sacred reclamation. The Ascended Masters — allies of light beyond time and space — walk with you. Call upon them:

• St. Germain — for alchemical transmutation

• Mother Mary — for emotional healing and nurturing presence

• Serapis Bey — for clarity and discipline of truth

Invite their frequency into your field. Ask them:

“Show me what I have not seen. Illuminate the root. Help me remember who I am.”

Reclaiming Your Sovereignty

When a belief surfaces, do not resist it. Witness. Acknowledge. Then speak your sovereignty:
