A Transmission from the 5D Arcturian Council

Dearest ones, we would like to expand on something you do each day that you may find simple, but also something you do many times where you declare after observation, "This is what it is."

Many look at their finances and say, "It is hard to make money." You look at your relationship and say, "This person does not understand me." You wake up feeling tired, more than once, and soon you say, "I am always feeling tired in the morning."

You think you are describing reality, but many times you tell your mind what should continue to be.

Your mind prefers to stay the same, so when you say something is true many times, your attention adjusts to that. You start to notice things associated with that, and your body responds to your expectation. What you did yesterday starts to dictate what you do tomorrow.

There is a big difference between stating, “This happened today,” and stating, “This is how it always is.”

One states an observation. The other creates an expectation.

Humans do this to money, to their relationships, their bodies, jobs, other people and mostly to themselves.

“I am shy.” “My body is like this.” “People always let me down.” “Nothing comes easy to me.” “My partner is never going to change.”

There does not have to be a direct correlation between the experiences you have, and the identity you take on because of them, or how you allow the past to affect your future.

You can keep in mind how things were, without reserving space for how things will be.

“This has been difficult, but I can imagine things being easier.”

“This is how relationships have been, but things can be different.”

“This is how I am going to be, but this is how things can be now.”

“This is how I have been, but how things will be is unpredictable.”

Think about what happens in your space and time when you speak this way. Suddenly there is space, there is movement, there are new possibilities.

Whenever you say “This is how it is,” ask yourself

“Am I describing the situation, or am I prescribing how things must continue to be?”

Leave the door open, there is no need to be fully convinced of a completely new reality.

“That is how it is. Now there is room for something new.”
