We are the 5D Arcturian Council.

Today we would like to help you understand the power of the awareness you hold.

You provide a vibration to the field of life every time you exist. Your thoughts, feelings, and actions contain flowing energy and reach beyond your perception of reality to people and places you cannot see.

What do you want to create?

You could use your energy to consume yourselves with negative judgments of others, comparisons of your life journeys, overanalyzing the past or the future, and fueling the separation of the old 3D reality.

Alternatively you can go within, become still, and decide the energy you wish to bring into the world.

Consider your mind a garden, every thought a seed, and every emotion the water that nourishes them. Your focus and attention are the sunlight. Whatever is nourished in your garden, and is done in excess, will grow.

This is also the reason we invite you to take the time to meditate.

Meditation opens the mind and pathways to help you see and understand the creative power you hold. It is the power you hold that a clear mind can reflect intentions and creativity like a calm lake, while a mind full of ideas reflects creativity in a chaotic manner.

When you meditate, we ask that you invite us to join. We help you build the field around your practice. We assist you in the process of releasing the mental noise that gets stuck inside of you due to the habits that have become a part of your routine. All you have to do is breathe, be present, and bring the focus back to your home, your heart.

Then comes the most important part. Choose.

Choose the vibration you desire.

Choose love and gratitude.

Choose the desire to bless the Earth with your presence to fill your practice with curiosity, generosity, and the peace of a sincere heart.

You came to this world, this space, this time with the ability to touch the collective conscious with the gifts of your inner world. Thoughts of peace, love, and the gift of presence are like waves that have the ability to change the world.

You are the artist and the world is your canvas.

You decide what to create.
