Beloved ones of my heart!

As you have noticed life around you that is playing out in chaotic ways, you might feel dysregulated with your emotions.

The truth that is before you will allow you to see that you cannot change another person or their perceived reality!

Focus on what you can change and cultivate this with intensity and perseverance. If this is a worthy endeavor it will benefit you as well as others. Instead of perceiving only darkness and pain, use the healing balm of kindness. This will heal the emotions of the most hardened heart when given in sincerity.

Kindness is a choice of light and immense power. It will deliver your message of hope as it expands in the inner world of many. The result of one act of kindness is love in motion that never ends.

You are here now because of the kindness felt by someone you have never met. One act of kindness with only the intention of that moment, still lives in a vibration that has rippled from one side of the planet to another. This is the way of light!

A child watched an old woman feeding birds. His little heart burst with joy and he never forgot this feeling. As he grew to be older, he gathered blankets for the homeless people on the street. He felt the joy through his being as his kindness flooded the hearts of those receiving. Each of them received a gift that was far greater than the blanket.

Every animal that has lived without a home, received nourishment to live. Sometimes by a passing stranger and other times by scraps left on the street. Without food, they would not have lived. Someone felt a need outside of their own to consider the animals that walked alone. Because of the spirit of sharing, the animal found strength to feed their young. Kindness gives and gives.

Is there someone waiting for your energy of kindness? Do you live with them or can you see them on the street? There are so many gifts within your heart that will return to you many times when you share them with others. Kindness is a choice of wisdom and love!

As you proclaim that you want a world of peace, do you have peace within? Are you kind to others in your manner of being? Are you kind to yourself with words and thoughts of love?

In the higher realms there is the perspective and understanding of oneness. There is one spirit, one consciousness and a complete knowing that love is possible within all beings. Kindness is practiced naturally and the ego construct is not present!

There is an offering of the self to others with nothing asked in return. This kindness can be seen with gifts of created art, home designs, family craft upgrades and caring for beloved pets while others travel. There is no monetary exchange for the soul needs nothing. The reward is amplified with the satisfaction that only a soul can feel with such peaceful resolve.

The souls of earth are moving into oneness with the soon coming shift. As aspects of life grow darker and more confusing, go within as we tell you often! Here is your place of refuge. This is your chance to become the light of your soul.

Sheen is a place of beauty that you may visit now within your heart. Meditate and leave darkness as you discover your light within. The inner world will bring strength and refuge with the desire to serve others.

Emotions can change in one second as you react with thoughts of love or of pain. Lashing out is a choice just as kindness is always an option. Choose wisely as you are creating the outcome of your story. But always know that your choice will affect all others in a frequency that never ends.

You are love with the power of light!
