Beloved friends of earth!
You are an infinite soul of light that has arrived once more on the great planet earth. As you move and live with sensory components, feelings, moods and rhythms of the earth, know in truth that your body is part of the pattern of life.
Your body is projected by sacred consciousness and the higher self knows exactly what is needed for your best life. In this communication we will discuss circadian rhythm and the enormity of your waking dream that changes according to this gift. You arrived to earth with the ability to create your story and aspects that would assist you along the way!
Circadian rhythms are twenty-four-hour cycles that are part of the body’s internal clock. This rhythm never stops and functions of the body are affected when interruptions occur. The cells of your body are conscious and alive. Your body strives to maintain stasis in order to serve you while in form.
The immune system can be compromised by actions that you may control. The circulatory system may be compromised by thousands of variables. Your organs and skin communicate with messages that allow continuity and healing. Let’s explore circadian rhythms and the changes that are detrimental and beneficial with changes that occur.
The brain will orchestrate and begin the actions of the many body systems. This is the area of noting circadian rhythms. Although the rhythms cannot be seen, brain waves can be monitored to observe all that is transpiring. Your daily life of health and vitality will speak to you regarding your circadian rhythms.
The area of the brain called the hypothalamus is responsible for signaling all areas of the body to perform and regulate. This area is very sensitive to light, sound, exercise, temperature and emotions. All of these can alter the functioning of the circadian rhythms. This allows each person a degree of control over their own life and health.
Circadian rhythms determine sleepiness, alertness, appetite and body temperature. The body’s internal clock is naturally aligned with the cycle of day and night. Circadian rhythms can be disrupted by travel, work or emotions that alter the life. Health issues can change rhythms of functioning as well.
Maintaining a regular sleep schedule, getting sun exposure daily and exercising regularly can assist everyone with their circadian rhythms. Listening to the body will allow clarity for your schedule and what you will allow in your life that causes stress and upset. Care for your body and it will care for you!
The sleep-wake cycle has many levels. During the day, the brain receives signals that generate alertness and helps to keep you awake and active. As night falls, the signal is activated and melatonin is released as a powerful hormone to assist sleep. There are levels of sleep and brain waves that correlate with depth of activity that can be measured.
Let’s go deeper into consciousness and explore circadian rhythms in tandem with brain waves. What do brain waves represent and where are you in conscious awareness during each phase of brain waves?
The brain waves we will review are alpha, beta, theta and delta. These represent depth of awareness and experience as these frequencies move through the brain. They can be monitored by an electroencephalogram (eeg).
The frequency of alpha will manifest intensely with the eyes closed in relaxation and resting. The person will remain awake with thoughts slowing and breathing relaxed.
Beta waves are indicative of high intellectual banner and focus. One is very alert with beta. These waves as small and faster when observed on a scan. You will experience these frequencies as you tap into creative endeavors.
Theta waves are associated with daydreaming and light sleep. They are more pronounced in children and adolescents than adults. They are linked to memory and this attests to the story being created with belief. Many children are brainwashed with false narratives that become part of the fabric of who they believe themselves to be. Theta is activated strongly with meditation and spiritual awareness. Telepathy causes theta waves to increase rapidly.
Delta waves are the slowest recorded in humans with the most recordings in infants and children. They are associated with deep relaxation and healing sleep. Delta is observed with brain injuries, inability to think and learning disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd). Adequate production of delta waves enable restorative sleep and boosts to the immune system.
In truth, your body is magnificent with systems, hormones and regulatory processes. Just imagine the perfection of your soul to choose such elaborate connections to serve you while in form!
You have the innate ability to intuitively know the manner of regulation that will serve you well.
You travel in consciousness throughout deep sleep and your soul returns to majesty many times as you slumber. Your brain waves tell a story of your inner state of being. You live within the parameters of the circadian rhythms of your body. Everything is here to serve you!
