Beloved friends of sacred light!

The essence of the soul is spirit. Either name can be used to describe your true being. But in truth, the meaning is specific to explain each name.

Think of water being composed of hydrogen and oxygen. These elements are the essence of water. So it is with your state of being. The soul is an individual expression. Spirit is the essence of which all creation is connected. In this moment, we will address both.

Spirit is universal and infinite. All life is spirit with varying degrees of consciousness. If you are receiving this message in audio or words that are read, you are sharing consciousness and spirit with all that is. You are infinite and you are a soul in form.

There is one universal mind that is also called the quantum field or mind of god. As you learn to intentionally connect to this magnificent life force, your abilities will transform with power and unlimited expression.

Feeling alone and not connected will bring pain and discord. Knowing that you are part of all existence will bring comfort to your being. You are spirit. You always have been and you always will be. Only the body changes with personalities created while in form. The soul is the experiencer on a journey that never ends. Exploring and expanding in consciousness is the path that is chosen.

The subconscious mind is spirit and takes no sides in judgement. Programming the subconscious mind will create all aspects of your waking dream. This will be the only deciding factor in the outcome of all scenarios. Once the subconscious mind of spirit accepts any idea, the energy is set in motion to bring it into your life story.

If you believe you are worthy, actions will unfold to show agreement. If you feel you are worthless, circumstances will reflect situations to allow you to feel even worse.

Understanding that you alone have the key to happiness and peace will give you wisdom to change the subconscious mind. Changing your thoughts to power and love will completely alter the reality of your life.

Aligning the personality with the soul will also connect you telepathically with friends and family from the higher realms. For those that lose loved ones or pets, the connection is absolute and seamless as you turn your focus and awareness to those that remain near.

There are so many ways to allow spirit to communicate with your conscious mind. As you allow expressions of creativity to fill your life, you might notice messages, words or feelings coming through. Paintings, writings, singing, dancing or any creative endeavor where you get lost in the enjoyment of the method chosen, will allow communication. The subconscious mind of infinite spirit will allow a flow of frequency for anyone that listens.

Emotional healing often occurs with any creativity or love. Playing with pets, building projects with children and anything enjoyed by the soul will provide a conduit for information to come to you!

A new perspective will be discovered and emotions will level to become calm as you become more aware of life. Remembering your innate power of the body mind connection will bring light to your path!

Cultivate the many aspects before you that lead you to spirit. This is who you are!
