To step out of an old reality requires a willingness to say yes to a new unknown possibility.

Enjoy the many remembrances where the unknown turned out to be a voyage that brought you further home. Right before you met your lover, the birth of your child. It was at first, at the very beginning, still an unknown.

Permit this sense of renewed adventure to now permanently grow. Stepping in with a full confidence STRETCH saying "YES" to the next, soon to be present, unknown.

Tame the Monkey Mind

I have a neighbor that spends countless enjoyable hours playing fetch with her well mannered dog. This morning I happened to glance their way and saw him totally uninterested in following her lead — he was going to be his own man today. And I instantly got it. Time to tame that monkey mind of mine. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Step boldly into the unknown with renewed adventure and full confidence. Say YES to the next beautiful possibility that brings you further home.

Nicole Gans Singer - As a child, I had clairvoyant abilities and regularly saw the Masters, however I never realized there was anything unique about that and I saw them as friends. I have since studied Tibetan Buddhism, and am empowered in Medicine Buddha, White Tara, Norjuma, Shambala and White Umbrella through Khenchen Palden Sherab & Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal. I also practiced the purification practice of fasting, and prayer practice known as Nyungne several times & have spent years in regular meditation practice. I hold Reiki Master attunements in Sekhem-Seichim as well as Sekhmet Seichim. I am a life long student of A Course in Miracles.
