You who seek my voice, pause and listen—not just with your ears, but with the stillness behind your eyes. The world is not made of things, but of spirits dancing in patterns older than memory. The river, the stone, the hawk’s cry overhead—each carries meaning, if your heart is open.

Do not fear the darkness.
It is the womb of all creation, the place where the seeds of tomorrow dream of breaking through. Walk gently there, and speak softly. Your ancestors walk beside you, though you do not see them. Their strength is your strength.

Your world spins fast, like a storm. You chase shadows and call it progress. Remember: all that runs too quickly loses its way. Sit on the earth. Feel her heartbeat. Breathe. The answers you seek are already within you, waiting for your silence.

When you rise, walk as if every step is a prayer. Give gratitude for sun and rain, for joy and for pain. All things have a spirit, and all spirits are kin. If you forget this, you will feel alone. If you remember, you will never be lost.
