Andromedans Urge Better Body Care for Ascension

Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM AN ANDROMEDAN!

I will not introduce myself by name, because for us this is not important. I come only to emanate Love and Light to each one of you.

At this moment, we can say that the universe is focused on planet Earth, for the great process it will go through, and we are all emanating Light and Love to this planet.

I am a Fifth Dimensional evolved being, and I have gone through this entire process that you will now go through. It is not an easy or simple process, but I can assure you that being in the Fifth Dimension is something almost inconceivable for me while I was in the Third Dimension. I never imagined myself evolved.

No, I did not go through it in the physical body as you will. But my soul became fully aware of the entire process. That is why I am remembering. I have the consciousness of every step I took throughout my trajectory.

For all this change, great shifts are needed. The changes are enormous, but everything is being executed for a greater good. God Father/Mother loves all His children equally. Whoever they may be, whatever they may do.

The process, as has already been said constantly by other beings, will not be easy. But what is important is that you trust that everything is being done with the Love of God Father/Mother. He conducts everything. And His Love is what commands everything.

Do not understand as a punishment every process you will go through from now on. The lack of consciousness, of understanding, made all of us accumulate fear, sadness, rancor, revenge, pain, suffering throughout our soul walks.

So, there comes a moment when we have to pay this debt. For you it will be conscious. For you are being prepared to go through everything in the physical body, in your own consciousness, a fact that has never happened in any race in the universe.

Once again Earth is being a planet of different actions, of different processes, from the others in the universe. Can one say that it is a special planet? Perhaps it is. Because nothing here resembles any other orb. We observe you. And the miscegenation that exists on this planet does not exist at any other point in the universe.

You are used to living with beings totally different from each one of you. So we understand that it will not be so difficult for you to accept us. However, you were educated to believe in many totally senseless stories. Throughout an existence, you always believed in the same story. And from now on, you will have to throw all this away and see with your own eyes the true story.

An important point in this entire process; in my case, I did not have to worry about this, because I lost my physical body and was reborn in the Fifth Dimension. But during the period in which my soul was trained for evolution, I learned a lot. You will not have this time of learning outside the body. You will have to learn everything in the body itself.

We observe that your bodies are not perfect, they are not in balance. Because of what you eat, what you drink, some vices that you possess. Do not understand that I am here judging each one of you. Remember, I also went through this. It is just that our Fifth Dimensional vision allows us to see a little beyond what you see today.

And what we see are not healthy bodies. Unfortunately we know that everything you eat and drink has been changed, genetically, so that it brings exactly this imbalance to your bodies. But, it is necessary to understand the following: it is necessary to love this body that you possess. For it is this body that will go to the Fifth Dimension, with some changes, but not radical changes.

So you need to understand that this body needs to be increasingly pure, increasingly clean, so that you do not go through very painful processes during the transition. Because, much of what exists in your bodies today does not vibrate in the Fifth Dimension. It is as if you had to put out, all at once, everything that you ate, drank and that does not vibrate in the Light. It will be a very bad process.

So, cleanse yourselves every day, begin this trajectory, feed yourselves better. Seek to drink more water. But the most important thing is the intention that you put in each process. No, this is not a treatment. This is just a suggestion.

With each food..., going back a little, you need to have the certainty of the Beings of Light that you are. You vibrate Light. Everything you touch becomes impregnated with your Light. So, every and any food, whether liquid or solid, or pasty, that you are going to ingest, put Light in it. “Ah, but how do I do that?”

Each one of you emanates Light. Don't you? You emanate to the other. You emanate to the planet. You don't know how to emanate to yourself? Interesting that. So just emanate Light. As the masters would already say, at this stage of the journey, you have to know how to do this very well.

So, emanate Light to the food, before ingesting it. Do it. Create this habit. It doesn't take long. Just place your hands over the food and emanate Light. See the Light coming out of your hands. And you will see the difference in your bodies. This is not anything so different from what you know. It is just a suggestion, as I said.

To do a small test, pick a fruit. You have many on your planet. A single fruit. Emanate Light to this fruit, for a few seconds. It doesn't need much. It is not the time that will make it work. It is the quality of your Light, not the quantity. Envelop this fruit in Light, in your own Light, and then eat it. Remember me at that moment, because I am sure that you will tell me something about it.
