My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Breathe a sigh of relief, dear ones, and pat yourselves on the back. Your world is turning a corner. The shift is subtle, barely noticeable, and yet very real.

It will be felt as a desire to focus strongly on your own life and dreams and to pay less attention to the challenges in the world—unless, of course, you are personally inspired to help create solutions.

It will be seen as you witness more synchronicities in your own life that bring you help and assistance, seemingly out of the blue.

It will be noticed as you witness more people exhibiting human kindness toward one another, engaging in cooperation, and celebrating your shared humanity rather than arguing over differences.

Slowly but surely, the energy is shifting, and you are part of the change. And the change has been inspired by the extreme contrasts you have been living.

When things get dark upon your earth, millions pray.

When enough negativity is put on display, eventually people get tired of it and turn back to the life in front of them.

When you are bombarded with seemingly unsolvable problems, eventually you surrender to the moment and handle what you can.

And when there is so much division that you can no longer stand it, you become resolved to be the peace, the love, and the kindness that you seek.

This is exactly what has been happening upon your earth. So many are tired of the conflict, tired of the division, tired of the steady stream of bad news, that one by one you are turning away from it, making the all-important decision to place your attention on your own lives and what you can do to be part of solutions, rather than exhausting yourselves with a focus on problems.

Your world has reached a tipping point where enough of you have made the choice to empower the light and to stop dignifying the darkness that many of you are going to start seeing improvements in your lives—more kindness, more synchronicity, and more of what you've desired flowing to you.

It will be subtle at first, then gain momentum. Look for these positive changes. Celebrate them. The more you notice and give thanks, the more you will experience, as you open up to the new flow of energy and love streaming into your reality.

Of course, the energy you emit is always the deciding factor in terms of what you will experience. Nonetheless, when the collective human vibration is dense, you must work more diligently to keep your energy in a good space, and when it is more relaxed, you will find it easier to attune to the higher vibrations. Not everyone on your earth has made the transition into their own soul-centered and sacred point of view. There are still many allowing themselves to be manipulated and controlled by what they witness in the world. Sometimes you still feel this way.

When you're feeling down, grant yourself kindness and grace. You're not bad. You're not wrong. You're just not letting the love in, in those moments. That can change in a heartbeat as you focus upon anything kind, comforting, soothing, or pleasing. When you elevate yourself in any way, you open up to greater love in all ways.

As more of you decide that you deserve to feel good, live happy lives, and be the lovers that you are, your world continues to evolve in a more beautiful direction. Many of you have been living in that kinder world already, in spite of the mass consciousness. Many of you chose a long time ago to look for what is good, beautiful, and true, rather than allowing what is put in front of you to convince you the world is lost.

Dear ones, you live on a planet that loves you, created by a Source that adores you. You have angels that guide you and more human beings than you might ever believe who want a similar experience of love, peace, and joy upon your earth. Bring your loving hearts to the surface. Be the kind souls that you are. Say a little prayer for the hurting hearts. Appreciate nature. Give thanks for small pleasures.

With every acknowledgment of the beauty, truth, and goodness in your human experience, you open to more. One soul at a time, your world is turning once again toward greater light, and you, dear ones, are part of the change. Give thanks. You matter more than you will ever know.

Hi Everyone,

Lately, I've been seeing a beautiful wave of change in my clients. They're popping into new levels of self-worth. They're letting others be who they need to be while granting themselves the grace to live as they wish. Many have stopped trying to change everyone else and have started allowing themselves more joy. It is a beautiful thing to behold, and beneath it all, I see the tides of energy turning.

Just a few short months ago, we were on the brink of a global conflict. Millions prayed fervently for peace. Tiring of the incessant barrage of bad news, I heard so many souls say they just couldn't watch anymore as they returned their focus to the good things going on in our world and the people and projects that mattered in their own lives.

The space mission drew attention to the eternal qualities of our human essence—grace, unity, cooperation, love, wonder, and awe—and awakened the collective hearts of millions worldwide. As a race, more and more began to remember that in our essence, we are lovers, not fighters.

And those who felt called to protest or make more global change were doing so with a greater focus on the peace, kindness, and changes they wished to empower, rather than a focus on the fight.

Suddenly, instead of wanting to obliterate civilizations, there are talks of wars coming to a close. There are companies making billions that have pledged part of their profits to further human causes. There are children demonstrating innovative solutions to global problems. And as more people pay attention to the good, even the news broadcasts are changing subtly to cater to what people are willing to watch. I have been weeping for joy.

These changes are small, quiet at first, but noticeable. We're letting the light in. Like rain seeping into cracks of hardened soil, the love travels to those willing to receive it first, and as we receive that love, we help soften and soothe the hearts of other weary souls so they can let it in too.

Practically speaking, this means we are kind to ourselves, care for ourselves, and allow ourselves the grace to pay attention to what lifts us while we withdraw our focus from what does not. We become solution-oriented rather than problem-obsessed. We flip our worries into prayers and remember we have a say in creating our outcomes.

In that energy of self-love and self-empowerment, we lose the bitterness and resentment that come from ignoring our own spirit. We grant others grace. We let them be who they are because we're weary of trying to get them to change. And as a result, they often stop resisting love. They witness our kindness and allow it to soothe and open their hearts to receive more. And those who don't grow, go. They leave our lives, making room for those who are more kind.

Thus, the torch of love and light is passed kindly from one soul to the next, slowly but surely shining a light in the darkness and illuminating our world.

With this influx of light, I also saw a lot of physical challenges popping up for many, as old energies were being flushed up and out of the system. What is dense is being revealed to be healed.

In my own life, I am seeing challenges resolved quickly and feeling renewed energy and inspiration. A little dance with allergic shock last week, in which my throat swelled nearly shut, was quickly resolved. Weirdly, I didn't even get concerned. I just sat down, ran energy, rested for a few days, and healed. It inspired some changes that have made me feel even better than before.

And as many of you know, I'm determined to fix my vision, which was thrown out of whack after several injuries and incidents messed up my alignment (squished eyeballs don't focus well!). I was doing my yoga and making great progress until my little allergic reaction threw me off again. A twinge of self-pity felt so uncomfortable that I determined this morning that right then and there, it was time to improve. "I am who I am. This is what it is. What next?" I waited expectantly.

Without conscious thought, I walked into the bedroom and put my glasses on over my contact lenses, creating a double prescription. For the first time in over a year, everything came into glorious sharp focus. My soul sang for joy. I've known for a long time that I could simply get new lenses, but I have this driving need to show myself that I can overcome present reality with a focus on the future I want, and I'm going to do it :)

I enjoyed the brief remembrance of clarity, then as quickly as I was inspired to put them on, I removed the glasses. Mysteriously, or not, I could see better without them than I had only thirty seconds prior. A simple shift in energy—a remembrance of clarity, and a burst of joy led to near immediate physical results. I'm seeing better today than I have in ages, and while I'm not back to my baseline yet, this was rapid progress.

Simple shifts in energy these days can create wonderful change. One of my dear clients went on vacation for the first time in ages and came back to find several stuck situations in his business suddenly moving in the right direction. Another client who has chosen love consistently is starting to watch absolute magic happen in her life and the lives of those around her. I am seeing more of this every day. The lovestream is strong, and it isn't as hard as it has been in recent years to find that flow.

There are, and always will be, compelling problems on earth. May we get bored talking about them and be inspired to discuss solutions.

There are always reasons to feel bad. May we know that we deserve to feel good and seek it as surely as little children do.

There are always people who are ornery or unhinged who have opinions about us that don't match how we wish to be known. May we grant them the grace to feel as they wish and grant ourselves the grace to have our own self-opinion.

One thought, one decision, one action at a time, we choose light over dark, love over hate, and peace over fear. And we are making a difference.

Here are a few tips to help you ride these new waves of love and capitalize on the momentum of good energy that is starting to flow with greater freedom.

1. Take time to appreciate your Journey

Most of us started seeking a greater spiritual life because we knew there was more. We may have been in emotional pain, in deep grief, or felt thrust into unpleasant circumstances. We may have simply felt there was something yet to be discovered or a more fulfilling life to be lived.

Whatever catalyzed your spiritual journey, acknowledge yourself and the path you've traveled. You have come far. You care about the quality of your life. You want to leave the world a better place because of your presence.

Instead of focusing on how far you feel you have to go, acknowledge yourself for how far you've come. This is self-love in action. As you give yourself this grace, you'll more easily be able to acknowledge others wherever they are on their path. You've been there.

2. Love & Appreciate the Tiny Moments

Instead of looking for big change, focus on small shifts. Pause to inhale the morning air. Stop to appreciate a beautiful moment. Give thanks for a simple thing you usually take for granted.

Far from being insignificant, each drop of love you share with life guides you to the greater flow.

3. Let the Universe work for you

When you want something, do what you know to do, then delegate up and enjoy your day! Try not to micro-manage the universe! It knows how to run entire galaxies, the angels remind me often, and it can manage your dreams and challenges.

The more we invest our time in feeling better in life, and the less we spin our wheels, the more easily the universe can work on our behalf.

When you've done all you can and don't know what to do next, let it go and let life flow!

We've weathered quite a few storms on this planet over the last many years, and I'm sure there will be more to come. But things are shifting, and we can help the change by adding more love and kindness to life every day.

The more of us that add our love to the bigger stream, the stronger it gets. The more of us that allow the universe to work in our lives—by releasing worry and embracing faith, by choosing love and kindness even when others don't, and by caring for the quality of our own feelings no matter what—the more harmony we will see.

We are being the change we wish to see in this world, and little by little, we will witness the results.
