“Understanding pauses in your spiritual journey” ~Crystal Wind

I know it is super frustrating when we are trying to move forward in our lives and nothing seems to be sticking. That’s been a long phase for many of us.

But what is also just as frustrating is when we finally seem to get movement and it grinds to a halt right when we think we are getting somewhere. That’s the phase a lot of us are in right now and it feels like we are in a giant cosmic game of musical chairs. You run like mad when you’ve got an opening because you never know when it might stop and you have to sit!

This pattern is so pronounced in my life that I’ve been wondering what purpose it serves. It has to have a purpose, right? As I was pondering this, Gabriel dropped in these two separate nuggets.

First he said that the pauses allow us time to get clarity on whether what we are moving towards is what we really want. It give us time to refine. Some people might think this is being tested by the universe, but he assures me the universe doesn’t do that. It is all what you decide, and it gives you time to see how true you are to that dream.

The second nugget was this. When you start to make progress toward your next highest adventure, sometimes it can’t be done in one clear run. Because you are moving into a higher vibrational level, you must give your body time to adjust, much like mountain climbers need to stop and camp for a bit to avoid altitude sickness.

Your movement forward is customized to allow you to progress with the greatest ease possible. Remember, flow has both action periods and lulls. The pauses don’t last long and offer you the gift of clarity and integration. They serve you well and allow you the success you truly desire. ~Archangel Gabriel and Shelley Young
