If there is an aspect of yourself that you are not pleased with, rather than judging it or resisting it we highly recommend that you accept it with your loving embrace.

Soothe it. Understand it and the pain it may be in. Then ask it what it needs.

You may be surprised to learn that all it has been looking for is your love and acceptance and the rest of its acting out drops away because it has finally been acknowledged. If you let it know that it will always be safe and included with you, you allow it to create safe attachment with you and its healing will begin to occur naturally.

By leading with love, acceptance, and compassion for yourself, you also have made the powerful decision to practice inclusion, which is a far more powerful and transformative choice than you know because it supports not only you but anchors an energy that assists your shifting planet.
