The most important job in times of intensity for those who are on the planet to assist the shift is to stay the course.

Keep your focus. Remember what you know. Don’t let the noise distract you from your sacred mission.

While there is a powerful wave of transformation happening on the planet, you are the wave within the wave. While old systems are crumbling, you are the stabilization point for the new.

You are the ones who are holding the higher vibrations, the wisdom you have attained from your many years of commitment to growth and evolution, and the calm and steady knowing that exists deep within your being.

While the 3D world is going through the throes of destruction, you are the ones who are creating the foundation for the new earth. Never doubt the body of your work or your capabilities as you continue being you. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
