“Meet discomfort with compassion for soul expansion” ~Crystal Wind

Currently, there is an acceleration of our healing journey which is adding a feeling of urgency and friction to all that we are experiencing. Many are facing what feels like a repetition of old patterns as old wounds surface for healing and release. Despite any discomfort we are being urged to stay present to what is surfacing without needing to fall back into familiar behaviors and old strategies to cope. New insights and understandings are rising helping us to see the meaning behind what we are moving through while acknowledging the healing that is taking place.

Yesterday’s New Moon reminds us that life is cyclical, that endings are preludes to new beginnings. The energy from this New Moon is catalyzing events pushing us to release what is stagnant and allow space for what is new. Changes that need to be made are becoming more uncomfortable, almost impossible to ignore as unexpected shifts occur. As a result, you may find your focus is being drawn into outdated narratives revealing where your perspective needs to expand beyond what you have always known, and open to what is new, unknown and unfamiliar.

Embracing the unknown is rarely comfortable, yet it is exactly where your true power is reclaimed. As you stand at this cosmic crossroads, you must actively choose who you wish to become, rather than letting your past define you. This demands courage, but it also requires extreme gentleness with yourself and others. We are all feeling the friction of this accelerated growth, and emotions may run high as old wounds come to light. By meeting your discomfort with compassion instead of judgment, you find the strength to take those first steps onto a path you cannot yet fully see. Trust that you are ready for this expansion, knowing that every small choice to choose growth over fear heals your own heart and softens the collective journey for us all.
