Delicate Balance

The first few months of this year have been a time of cleaning up and clearing out.  A time where we descended into the depths of being to shift and clear that which was forgotten and denied.  Now we stand at the start of a new cycle with the next three months being a time of renewal and rebirth where we can recommit to our journey of healing and inner growth.

As much as you are weaving a new world into existence you are also navigating the fall of an old one.  So much of what we have experienced over the past few years has left many reeling with exhaustion and fatigue.  The idea that there is more to be done and new changes to be made can feel draining rather than exciting.  However, life is about finding a delicate balance between your needs and the needs of the world around you.  It is essential therefore that you carve out time to rest, renew and recharge your energies and align your body, mind, heart and soul on a regular basis.
