As comfortable but stagnant patterns become clearer, we are called to integrate our past while boldly stepping into the new.

As the incoming light pulls the hidden to the surface, you may find yourself face to face with the safe but limiting habits that have kept you playing small. We often think we fear our weaknesses, but what truly frightens us is our own immense potential, the version of us that is brilliant, capable, and unapologetically whole. By shrinking to fit into old, familiar spaces, we leak the very vitality needed to create our future. Be mindful that for something new to be born, something else must be allowed to fall away.
