Currently, we are in the high intensity build up to the Full Moon which peaks on Friday, May 1st. These next few days will act like a pressure cooker, bringing moments of truth that demand immediate action. This high pressure energy is creating a necessary friction that will enable us to finally break out of old cycles and leap into new ways of being. As comfortable but stagnant patterns become clearer, we are called to integrate our past while boldly stepping into the new.

This period isn’t just about letting go, it is about a radical reclamation of your energy. As the incoming light pulls the hidden to the surface, you may find yourself face to face with the safe but limiting habits that have kept you playing small. We often think we fear our weaknesses, but what truly frightens us is our own immense potential, the version of us that is brilliant, capable, and unapologetically whole. By shrinking to fit into old, familiar spaces, we leak the very vitality needed to create our future. Be mindful that for something new to be born, something else must be allowed to fall away. This shedding isn’t a loss, it is a clearing of the emotional clutter that has blocked your path to growth.
