We invite you to use these energies to hold the vision for your 2020 experience: 

Write, recite invocations, make vision boards, meditate, connect with the higher realms of light and most of all, create the energies of love and light. 

If any of the old emotions that do not serve you anymore come up, simply clear the energies of them.

There is no need to analyse these emotions. 

Simply clear and release... 

There are many tools available, but it is important to sweep away the lower energies to make space for higher vibrational energies and emotions.
