Dear brothers! I AM ADAMA!

Continuing our journey, I will talk a little about chapter 6 of book One of TELOS.

How to reach us, how to visit us? This longing is received by us through your hearts. We feel, we perceive, we know the intentions of each one and many are 100% true, full of love, full of respect, full of longing. But you see, how many thousands of years have you been in this dimension? What was the journey of each soul in this dimension? How much time? A long, long time.

Your souls today are full of memories, of feelings that are in no way part of the feelings experienced in the Fifth Dimension. The first job to reach a higher dimension is to get rid of all these traumas, to get rid of all the memories, to get rid of every lived moment. Your soul will have to look at all that was left behind and just see your growth, your evolution there, and be grateful for every moment of violence, pain, despair, suffering that you went through, because that moment taught you a lot. to get to the current time.

Look back at what this planet was like millennia of years ago and what it is today. There was an evolution, there was my evolution of consciousness. Today you are governed by human laws, but these laws were brought about by the Light. There needs to be a minimum of organization and rules. We understand that the laws have been modified, today they no longer exist as they were passed; they exist more to harm the inferiors and to appease, to facilitate the path of the superiors. So it's totally distorted, but this is not the time to comment on that.

I would just like to say to each of you that we feel your hearts, we feel everything you feel for us, and your yearnings, your desire to be with us, to give us gifts, to give us a big hug. I answer them that the time is not yet. The moment will come for each one at the right time, when this “one” is ready, has completed its journey of evolution, its journey of ascension.

You think that you are ready, that the fact that you have done everything that is guided is enough for you to have already reached the final stage of the ascension process. Unfortunately, my brothers, I have to tell you that the road is still long, that you are still in the beginning. There is still much to be released and learned, but I don't want to discourage anyone with this, because every step forward accelerates the process itself. So when you evolve a little bit, it starts accelerating your own journey more and more so that you reach the end quickly.

So each one of you, at the right moment, will have our invitation to be with us in some way, to be in our cities. Don't worry about how this will happen. We know exactly how to reach each of you. You want to please us; you want to be grateful. So I say to you: Be grateful to the planet itself, be grateful to your own souls. Look at the planet, emanate love to the planet, emanate love to yourselves. You want to emanate love to others, but you forget to emanate love for yourself, and you still judge yourself, don't love yourself, don't respect yourself. This is the first love you have to cultivate, love for yourself, gratitude for your soul having brought each one of you here.

Look at yourself in the mirror today and see the enlightened soul that you are. Love what you see. Don't see flaws, don't see wrinkles, don't see anything judgmental about their bodies; they are just bodies. Beauty is in your soul. It is in her that you need to mirror yourself and see her shining, beautiful. And be grateful that it brought you here, that you are a Being of Light and not of the shadows. Forget everything else.

Love yourselves, love your souls, be grateful to them. If you give gifts. You want to donate flowers to us; their souls hurt flowers. Take a flower and with all your love and heart donate this flower to your soul, with all the gratitude for everything you've lived. Be sure that this feeling of love, of self-love, will provoke reactions in your soul, because it is afraid of your judgment, of your conscience, and it will understand that no, that you do not judge it, that you are simply grateful.

Know how to fulfill the path of the 7 initiations. What is this path? The Higher Self of each one knows. And you are walking this path right now. Don't look back. The path must always be looked forward, and seeing only Light ahead, nothing but Light. Forget what's left behind. Remember yes, beautiful moments, moments of joy. Moments of pain don't remember. Moments of anger, sadness, suffering, do not remember, because many times you have already left that energy back there and when you remember it, you bring it back, but with one detail: everything that you experience depends on your vibrations and you are vibrating higher, so it will come with much more force, with much more potency.

Leave the past where it was, back there. Look forward always. Leave what has passed, in what you call the past. This is a beautiful way of accelerating evolution, because you start to live within positive feelings, and each one will be fulfilling their line of ascension. And then many gifts will come, not just our contact, not just our invitation, but contact with many other beings. The learning, the truths and especially the way of living.

Give yourself up my brothers, give yourself up to this journey: the journey of ascension. And for that, listen only to your heart, but keep your heart pure. And let it vibrate only Love and Light.
