Dear Ones,

Your journey right now is one of intense scrutiny. We can see that a great deal of you are reliving the past. We would tell you that this is excellent for the purpose of releasing old patterns.

When you arrive here, you come with some idea of what it is you wish to experience (or help others experience). Other than that and having looked at the probabilities that are most likely to occur with the plans you have chosen, you have free will to live in any way you choose.

We can see that many of you sometimes feel stuck. It is easy to feel that there are forces in play on the planet that prohibit you from doing what you really want to do. In some ways this is true. However, it is also true that you have free will. And you have the power to ignore the systems that have evolved over millennia. Therefore, you can “bypass” them, so to speak.

What you can begin to do is look through your current lifetime for acquired knowledge that doesn’t suit your goals. Wherever you find ideas that don’t match who you really are, let them go. We understand that this is “easier said than done”. But you know that there are a great many tools you can use to do this.

When you take the time to focus on what you call your mental health, you clean up areas of misunderstanding. We are speaking of the misunderstanding between your soul, or who you really are, and your current human personality self. Once these misunderstandings are “cleared up” you really begin living.

You already know why you are here – to make a great shift on Earth in this lifetime. We are here to support you by reminding you of the tools you have at your disposal. And we are here to remind you of the great power and love you really are. We see that you will do incredible things there.
