Now it is time to turn the light on and to say ah, look at this. That was still part of my soul. That particular challenge, that particular aspect, what is this challenge telling me about how I think about myself? Before you came into this lifetime, you chose exactly which family you will be born into, who you will meet along the way, and who will leave, who has short-term contracts with you, and who has long-term contracts with you. And you also chose all of your challenges before you came here.

So, before we go into detail of this, let's pull back for a moment and look at the bigger picture here. So, you are in this constant cycle of incarnating, learning lessons, creating more lessons, transitioning into the non-physical, and then realizing there is more to learn, more to grow with, and more to evolve with, and so you decide to incarnate again to learn more, release more, and to grow even further. And there are certain lifetimes and experiences that you simply are curious about, that you wish to experience. And so you dive right back into another lifetime.

And so, for simplicity's sakes, we are talking about this in a more linear fashion, but it is taking place on many, many, many parallel lifetimes. So, you are constantly incarnating in one way or another to continue to grow, to continue to move closer to source, to the great one, to God, to home. So, you are constantly on this spiraling movement upwards of reincarnating, of transitioning, reincarnating and transitioning.

And each experience that you have in your life is of value to your soul. On a soul level, it is important because it allows you to see this moment in time from different perspectives all at once. All these different parallel realities that are existing, you are looking at the same one singular moment at once from all different angles. This is how complex your soul is. Your soul is a wondrous, wondrous creation of source. And it is source. As source is experiencing itself here. And it is calling you back.

Source is calling you home, and the only way to come back home is by experiencing all of these things that you have lined up for yourself and that you have created to be cleared and to be transmuted.

Do You Have a Soul Contract for Your Challenges?

So, back to your original question of do you have a soul contract to experience certain challenges or to be with certain people or not to be with certain people? And this is how that goes. You have a whole list of things that you wanted to experience before incarnating in this lifetime. And before you came here, there were all the other souls that were just about to incarnate and a whole bunch of them raised their hand and said, "Yes, I will be here to experience that lesson with you, to provide you with the experience."

So, when you look at the challenging people in your life, that challenge you, that takes a lot of grace because from their perspective, they now have to also experience it from the other perspective. And they took on that task to present you with that challenge, which benefits you. Every challenge is serving you. It is happening for you because you wanted to look at it. You wanted to awaken to all aspects of your soul. And these challenges shine a light on every part of your soul. If this part of your soul would not be there, there would be nothing to shine a light on and you would not experience the challenge.

What Does This Mean for Forgiveness?

So, what does it mean for you in regards to forgiveness? There is nothing to really forgive the other, whoever brought a challenge to you, because you wanted to look at it. It was an agreement. You said, "I want to experience this because I want to remember source within me. I wanted to remember how to go home to source. And the only way to go home is to recognize and find the aspects that represent the illusion that is not source, that is not home."

Like if somebody is unkind to you, that is not home. That is not source reality. That is not God's reality, unkindness. But in order for you to release it and let it go, you had to look at it. And so, the other that presents you that unkind experience helps you bring it out and look at it so you can release it and forgive. And to dispel the illusion that is still weighing you down and still is wedging itself between you and source. And the source within everyone around you. That is the key.

The illusion has had so much momentum and humanity has created and fed this illusion so powerfully without knowing it. And the ego mind had all kinds of justifications to uphold that illusion. Now it is time to change that and to turn the light on and to say ah, look at this. That was still part of my soul. That particular challenge, that particular aspect, what is this challenge telling me about how I think about myself?

And now you can look at it and realize, oh look, that is another part of illusion, meaning it was not real. Now you can let it go and release it and recognize the source within you. God within you. Because that is what you are. And so now you can let it go and forgive and feel at peace with the other.

The Ego Mind and the Long Journey Home

That is a long journey because the ego mind will jump in and say, yes, but it was unjust what the others are doing to me. When in truth your soul has requested that particular challenge. But you forgot. You forgot the list before you incarnated. You forgot that your soul wanted to experience this challenge. It is time to remember and to be at peace. And to only have love and compassion for those that agreed to present you with the challenge.

That is your spiritual journey. That is your spiritual task. That is your ticket to go home to source, home to God. That is the only path.
