You are made up of the elements of this planet: fire, water, Earth and air. Each of you has this strength in your body. In combustions, in the liquids that flow through the veins, in the air that passes through your lungs and in the physical body itself that maintains its structure, representing the earth element.

Reaching the Portal in balance is important for this moment in your journey. It's a moment. Important for the planet and everyone on it. Believe me, the energies of the Alcyon Sun are at their maximum peak. And they will bring, or rather, they are already bringing the strength of each element to your bodies. And we will bring this balance, so that you can be ready to receive all this Light appropriately, taking advantage of 100% of the energy that will arrive.

Doing daily meditations is not mandatory. It's a choice: whether you want to do it or not. If you don't do it, nothing will happen to you; you will continue to receive all the energy that will enter through the Portal. However, your body may not metabolize it correctly. So it is important that each meditation is done, one every day.
