The last months of this year are coming to an end. This means that it is a time for deeper reflection and putting things to sleep that have been restless within us.

November and December will make the smallest things so huge that we will have no other way but to be faced with them. Perhaps there have been some thoughts dwelling in your mind that were subtle but unpleasant. Or emotions such as loneliness, sadness, frustration, depression, nostalgia, longing, loss coming up in waves but not yet fully understood. The light frequencies are being downloaded into our energetic field that are supporting to clear hidden fears  that are limiting us in expressing ourselves freely. So you might feel as if some things are overwhelming as they are making themselves clearly known right now and in order to release them we have to become fully aware of them still being active within us.

Be with these emotions / thoughts / impressions as they are showing that it is now time for them to leave and to be put to rest. As the light frequencies are entering our consciousness there will be no more room for old fears to be active. It is a “dead” energy and a dead weight that we no longer have to carry as it is no longer supported by the lighter vibration that is making its way to earth.

Once you become aware you are carrying something that makes you feel heavy you can help the energy to flow smoother by expressing (with your inner voice or out loud) that you choose to release yourself from energies of the past and that you are now open and ready to receive the light of your soul. Keep repeating this as much as you need to make it stronger and more powerful. Your truth is your power.

As the integration of this is happening a change will happen in the way you feel and express yourself. As the chains and burdens of old fears are being broken you will feel what true freedom feels like. 

This is what will bring new people, new jobs, new opportunities, new creativity, new talents, new insights, new purpose, an all-around renewal will happen in your life.

The change where people that have been connecting with their inner self and doing the necessary inner work have always been waiting for is NOW happening.

That community you have always wanted: it’s coming! That life purpose that you have been waiting for to appear: it IS making its way to you! That connection you have been missing and looking for: it is now being unlocked!

You are undergoing a major transformation and there is nothing that can stop it. No force from outside of yourself will keep you from becoming you are always meant to be: the limitless and free YOU.

Now is not the time to act but a time to reflect and to receive the activations that will change the coding in your body.

Your spirit guides and light beings are making sure you undergo the change that will immerse you in your own light essence. With this happening everything that is of a lower density will be washed away. It is a powerful cleansing that will unlock more of your potential.

Trust in the process, take the time to rest and be conscious of what is happening within your body. Your solar plexus is being activated and the dense energy within it is being removed. You can feel nauseous, have a headache, a cold, feel tired and have flu like symptoms. Different tones / frequencies might be heard (even more powerful and louder than usual) as you are receiving upgrades that happen during the day and night.

Being reborn into a new version of ourselves is hard work and not to be underestimated. We came here to transform together and to change the narrative of humanity. Healing and transformation is a part of our life’s purpose. This is something to be proud of as it is a big job to do and we are doing it!
