This poem – or word flow – came through a few weeks ago. In early July, I was feeling very chaotic energies zig-zagging and swirling around and then one of my dogs injured her knee by tearing the cruciate ligaments.

She is recovering from surgery. This has caused a big change in plans and routine and has added a bit of stress, too. Perhaps others are experiencing such sudden changes, which is what the current astrology is indicating. The morning after her injury, these words flowed out of me. I read them without trying to make sense of them.

Chaotic energy will continue to dance, as the roller coaster dips and climbs and speeds around turns. We are called into presence and inner steadiness in every moment. We all have the energetics of our own personal lives to deal with while also navigating the changes that call us to pivot, whether it be in our view of the bigger picture of world events, or the paths of our personal lives. We may be feeling a respite from the chaos for a moment, a growing feeling of stabilization and yet also a feeling that anything could happen to disrupt the semblance of stability.

Looking into August, I am seeing small explosions of energy, like mines going off in a field. Most of these explosions are small annoyances that look big in the moment, but dissipate rather quickly as we continue to move forward with resolute, fierce determination to bring about good change in how our world is governed, and how we live our lives, each within our individual perspective. This vision of the small explosions indicates that we shouldn’t take disruptive events too seriously, instead, just observe and move forward. This will take some practice, as we have been in a boiling pot of chaos for the last nine years, being constantly bombarded by WTF moments with gob-smacking relentlessness. This, too, shall pass.

While all this pivotal change is happening, we are integrating new energies that we have been cultivating this year. Much has been cleared, such as old beliefs and thoughtforms, making way for realizations, like light shining in places that were dormant or hidden from us in our own psyche, and new energies are flooding in, stimulating creativity and inspiration.

If your world has brought sudden change into your lives, causing you to slow down, it is in perfect timing for Mercury to be going retrograde for most of August (August 4 – 27). Take the time to reflect, reconfigure, renew, revise, reinvigorate.

We are in a new frequency. The word “resolute” is being highlighted for me today. There is an energy of moving forward, with steadfastness and determination echoing the words “We will not go back.” The fierce strength of the divine feminine is driving us forward to a new way of living here on this beautiful Earth. The time is now and we are here for it.

A message from the Vastness of Being:

Winds of change are sweeping through all social structures everywhere. It may seem bad, but it is just difficult at times to navigate, to go with the flow that is so erratic. Go with the stillness in your heart. Maintain that focus on the center in your heart. That is what will help you to navigate the churning energies that are spinning to break down, break apart old structures of thoughts, beliefs and patterns. This expands out into the world, into the lives of all on earth.

Focusing on love will get you through. Bring your heart into a loving vibration. If it is difficult, feel what you’re feeling. If you want to shift it, ask your guides, animal spirits, angels, to assist you in finding that love connection and be patient with yourself. Ask to connect to the crystalline grid that surrounds the earth and is amplified by all of humanity who focus on love. Connect to this grid, send love into it and you will amplify the love within you. You are all feeding love into this powerful grid of energy, and this is part of the creation of the new earth. The creation of a new humanity that thrives on love and shares love with one another.

Humanity is in the opportunity to bring love forth on this planet. This can be your focus especially when events in the world are – or seem to be – pointing in the direction of fear and hatred. Especially now in the chaos of change. Instead of focusing on the events that you are shown on news feeds, focus on bringing love into your hearts and sending it into the world. Be love, practice kindness in all your interactions. Your energetic input is crucial to the growth and strengthening of love in the crystalline grid. Feed this grid with love and you connect to all the other human beings who are doing the same, and you will feel the amplification of the love within you and it will grow and expand, eventually diffusing fear and hatred.

Love will prevail, but only with our help, only with our kindness to one another. Even when confronted with another’s unkindness, the challenge is to continue to move forward with love, compassion and kindness. As we do this, we will see more and more examples of others doing this as well, which helps us to continue putting love forward and then we become examples, leading all our interactions with love and kindness. Love responds to love. Love awakens within as love is shared.

The image I chose for this message is from a vision I had when I was opening to deeper love within myself through the shedding of non-loving energy from when I was a child. It had to do with hating my body, for not being good enough. What was revealed was a seed opening and beautiful, pure and innocent light shining from the center of my heart. I share this image with you to contemplate and integrate into the opening of your hearts to self love, respect and acceptance.

The chaotic energies will continue to whip around us and sometimes whip us around. It feels so important to be mindful and really pay attention to everything around us. To be conscious of our movement as we go about our daily lives, being as present as possible. When feeling chaos and upset, find the eye of the storm within our hearts – the center of peace and calm. There are so many things in the world that we feel we can’t do anything about, but remaining calm, with love centered within us, helps in ways we cannot see – we are transmitters of energy and that is very powerful, especially because there is strength in numbers and we can connect with each other just through our conscious thought and focus, and share that love all around the world. Language is not a barrier when it comes to the energy of love. Nor is time and space. We are powerful when united and there is a strong feeling of unification right now in the collective consciousness.

There is lightness, joy and laughter all around us. We have gained higher ground, energetically, and as a collective. A sigh of relief, a breath of fresh air. We can now move forward with resolute ferocity.
