As you are experiencing different energies each day, know that the orchestration of these different Light Pulses are serving you.

Your Higher Self is managing the exact amounts of Light energy that is perfect for each Now Moment of your journey of Ascension.

You might experience different symptoms that might "seemingly" slow you down for a moment, but it is important to slow down every once in a while.

The energies need to integrate into the cells of your body in order to hold more Light.

Also, when you are slowing down, you can easier connect with Source and your I AM Presence.

Your "I AM Presence" is the individualized aspect of God that is integrating within you as you are ascending. 

Your Ascension is the full embodiment of your I AM Presence and the complete disappearing of your human creation. 

So, connecting with and integrating your I AM Presence is very important for your Ascension. 

Simply place your hand on your heart center and say:

"I AM Presence take command!"

Or

"I AM Presence take command of my Life!"

Or 

"I AM take command of my Ascension!"

When you do this at least once a day, you will establish a stronger and stronger connection with your I AM Presence.

The more you are connecting with It, the more you are integrating It. 

Your I AM Presence is an infinite well of Divine Love, Divine Health, Divine Abundance, Divine Purpose, Divine Joy, Divine Guidance, Divine Wisdom and Divine Ascension.

The more you are integrating your I AM Presence, the better your life will get.
