Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM HILARION!

Do not cling to anything. Do not cling to routines. Do not cling to vices. It is necessary that more and more you become capable of changing everything you live, the way you live, the way you face each challenge.

This world that you insist on maintaining is collapsing. It is necessary to find other paths. It is necessary to find other ways of living, of being happy, of freeing yourselves. You have placed shackles, chains, on predetermined processes that cannot be changed. And why can they not?

You have clung to routines. You have clung to customs. For what? To impose on your minds and your bodies everything that does not bring joy, does not bring lightness, does not bring Love. You impose on yourselves processes, routines, tedious, repetitive, without limits. And you can perceive that the body is complaining more.

It is no longer silent, inert, submissive. Your bodies are being changed. New DNA strands will appear. They will bring many changes. But you want to keep everything as it was. So more and more, you will feel the effects; the effects will be intense and I would even say dangerous.

You need to find a new rhythm. You need to find a rhythm of lightness, of Love, of calm. Leave this wheel of repetitive tasks, goals, commitments. Surrender to the flow. The flow brings what must be done. At the right moment, at the right time.

Repeat at every moment: “I am surrendered to the flow.” And let it happen. “Ah, but I have commitments that demand me.” The flow is Light. It will not allow you to fail to fulfill your commitments. But within a simpler and calmer routine.

You do not give yourselves rest. Rest for many of you is something unattainable. Because you yourselves like to always be doing something. So that others say: “Wow! He does not stop. He is active.” At what price? At what cost?

Pay attention to your bodies. Surrender to the flow. And everything will happen at the right time. Without harming the body, but mainly, being good for the soul.

So this week I will begin one more challenge. For many it will not be easy. And be certain that many challenges will return, each time more intense. Just one note for those who work outside the home and are in a collective environment. I understand and accept that you will not be able to follow the time as I will teach, but you should stop for one minute only. The time for you will be reduced.

The challenge will be the following: every two hours, program yourselves so that you can stop. That is, that no process is happening that cannot be without your presence. So organize yourselves.

Every two hours you will stop for five minutes. And it does not matter what you are doing, following the note I already said above. You will stop for 5 minutes. If you want to lie down, lie down. If you want to remain seated, remain seated. But these five minutes will be with eyes closed and paying attention to the breath.

Mark the time however you want. But it has to be every two hours. It is not difficult. You will learn that the world continues functioning, even if you are not there. Do not consider yourselves the center of the world. Do not consider yourselves indispensable and irreplaceable, because none of you is. Do the exercise.
