Greetings. Greetings. I am Lord Melchizedek. I am the consciousness, the energy, the soul of Melchizedek. I come forth as one consciousness to bring my wisdom, my love and my truth to you today. I wish to speak of inside out a soul's journey.

It is important to realize that it is for you to allow your inner energies, your inner truth, your inner passions and intentions that are aligned with your divinity, your love and your sacred being, to bring these out into your energy field, to radiate them, to magnify them into your body and your energy field. Thus, they will begin to anchor into your reality.

You have two ways of experiencing on the earth. First, you experience inside of yourself. Then you experience the same outside of yourself in your physical reality where everything you've experienced within you is then played out for you to see, sense, and acknowledge in a physical way that allows you to comprehend and understand. To fully experience that which was within your being.

And so you achieve and experience this reality where you are experiencing your inner energies outside of you and then you are reacting within to that which you have projected into your reality. It is almost like a cycle. The energy, the intention, the connection begins within your being. It's emanated into your reality. You experience it fully. Then it's as if it returns back into you because your inner energies react to that outer reality.

The way that you react to that outer reality then gets projected back out into your physical reality and you experience your reaction to that outer reality in your physical form. And so it continues in this cycle with shifts occurring within your being and also shifts occurring outside of you. Everything is linked. Your inner reality, your outer reality, it is all linked. And there are moments when you can shift it. When you can alter the pathway of this reaction that is taking place within your being and outside of you.

And it is easier to recognize the inner and outer cycles and connections when you allow yourself to observe your inner vibration. What you're thinking about, what you're passionate about, what feels prominent in your reality, what you feel guided to do, what you feel inspired by, what makes you happy. Then recognizing the same in your outer reality, can you create the connections from what you have experienced within your being to what has manifested in your outer reality?

Can you create shifts if you don't like what you're experiencing and what you're seeing, sensing, and acknowledging? And the answer is that you can. You can change your projection and your inner reaction at any moment. And this is a part of your soul's journey. This connection and reaction of inwards and outwards and inwards and outwards like the waves of the sea coming in and out. You can shift it always. It is your soul's journey to integrate more of your soul into the outer progression and expression.

And to allow yourself to continue to express your soul through your projection, through what you're experiencing within your being and what is manifesting outside of you. Gradually through this process, you will experience more of your soul in your physical reality. And that will offer to you confirmation that you are achieving your soul's journey. You are allowing your soul to be in embodiment more fully within your physical body and within your physical reality. And so the confirmation and the evidence will grow and grow and grow.

But how do you begin this process? By simply inviting your soul more fully into your inner space. By asking to recognize your soul within your inner space. By asking to connect with your soul more fully in your inner space. Getting to know the presence of your soul within your being. Even if you can't comprehend it or understand it, simply knowing that as you request and make intentions and ask that more of your soul is present and that as you allow more of your soul to be present, more of it is flowing into your physical reality.

And when you can't see, sense or acknowledge your soul within your being, when you begin to notice it in your physical reality, that is the evidence, the confirmation that you need to continue and to know that you are achieving a connection with your soul. The more you can connect inwards and recognize the presence of the soul, invite the soul into your physical reality, the more you will recognize it in your physical reality. Thus, you will find you will react to your physical reality from a space of your soul. Then your vibration increases and increases. The vibration of your body and your physical reality increase and increase, becoming more peaceful, happier, more joyous, more tranquil, more connected, more aligned with your truth, your passions and your happiness.

So it is important to realize there is no separation. There is only connection and flow. And your soul's journey is to flow from the inside out. And then more of your soul will flow, be energized by the outer reality as it flows into your being and then flows out again like the symbol of infinity, the figure of eight continuously flowing.

When you make this connection between your inner reality and your outer reality, there is a shift that occurs and you cannot go back from that shift. You only experience more of your soul. It is time to be an adventurer. To give permission for your soul to flow and for all that you deserve, all that fulfills you and inspires you to be manifested in your reality by your soul. Thus elevating your vibration, elevating the vibration of all, elevating the vibration of the world.
