Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Once again, my heart is always filled with joy when I can be here again speaking to all of you.

Fill your hearts with Light. Don't let your surroundings depress you. I can assure you; the hard times are already happening. And they will be difficult for many reasons. For extreme violence, for barbaric episodes, for man's own actions, for events on Gaia, for transformations on his planet.

Everything will happen at the same time. There is no room for judgment against anyone or anything. The time is not to judge. The time is not to ask. Why? The time is to live each lesson, with a heart full of Love and Light.

Don't go deeper into suffering. Do not fill your hearts with pain and sadness. Many are leaving and many will still go. It is the agreement of every soul; live these moments or not; evolve in the physical body or not. Don't be judgmental either. Each one is following their own path. Be ready, because many will leave.

It is necessary to be inside the heart. You need to feel love for yourself and your entire journey. Remember, it was your soul's choice to be here. Be grateful for the choice you made. Don't criticize your soul, no matter how hard your journey may be. Because if your soul made this choice, it knows that you are capable of walking. Your Higher Self knows what you are capable of.

So just walk. Take one step at a time. Don't try to run. This is not a time for racing. The moment is one of slow and highly careful steps, as each step taken now will generate the step that will be taken later on..

Try not to make mistakes. Always try to be within the Divine Laws. Fear nothing. Ask for our help at all times. Don't be such nonsense, you'll be bothering us. This is our role. This is my role, as the Christ Being who came to this planet to sow Christ Consciousness.

My arms are open to each of you, and it fits each of you. Like me, all other Beings of Light are available, ready to help you. You don't want to think you're too strong and go through everything without help. You won't make it. You will need our help.

These will be very difficult times for many. These will be terrible moments for many. These will be moments of total despair for many. Don't think yourselves are too strong, because we know you won't be. So, be ready to ask for our help, anytime, anytime. Trust our help. Trust that you will be able to get through anything.

Trust in what is being done for the evolution of this planet, for your evolution. Barriers need to be broken down. Mountains must be removed.
We need to mess with the Earth. It is necessary to destroy entire negative layers.

Strengthen your hearts with love. It's the only way. And know that we are in control. Nothing that happens will be the result of shadows. These will be the necessary changes that will have to be made by the Light, to put an end to the shadows. To put an end to everything negative that still exists on this planet. You will survive. Whoever is ready, whoever asks for our help, whoever believes in the New World. And they will get there.

Now come the difficult tests, where you will apply everything you have learned. But, above all, never forget that we are just a thought away. And we are ready, to place each one of you in our arms; support them, strengthen them, and prepare them for the next one. This is the way.

And let go of everything and everyone. Be ready for anything. And know, none of this is punishment. Never think that. Just consequences, of everything you created yourselves. Learning is necessary. You need to live what you caused.

Be ready, my sons and daughters, with lots of love in your hearts. And surely, as Miguel says, the world will fall around you, but if you have faith, you will land on your feet. Don't doubt it.
