The soul masters the tightrope walk from “wanting to help” to “being able to help” to “being meant to help” when it knows itself.

Because I was hungry …

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you welcomed me; I was naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you came to see me; I was in prison and you came to me. Then the righteous will answer him and say, Lord, when did we see you hungry and give you something to eat, or thirsty and give you something to drink? And when did we see you as a stranger and take you in, or naked and give you clothes? And when did we see you sick or in prison and come to you? Then the king will answer them, “As you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” (Bible, Matthew 25)

JJK: Putting this symbol in the context of today would mean that we should turn to those in need in body and/or soul.

On the other hand, we are repeatedly told by the spiritual world that we should pay attention to our own vibration and energy, not want to help everywhere and not surround ourselves with foreign energies.

This raises the question for me:

How can we walk this tightrope? On the one hand, to open your heart compassionately and extend your hands to help and, on the other hand, to stay away from foreign energies, from pain and suffering?

SANANDA: The solution lies in your decision.

People who have retained a compassionate nature and a loving view of all that is cannot help but help where their help is needed, they cannot help but give where needy hands are reached out to them. The nature of the awakened human being is love in order to have a healing effect with his light wherever there is a lack of love.

Live yourself!

A mature, pure heart feels without pity, helps without forgetting itself, and knows what people really need.

He who has food can give food to the hungry, he who has water can give drink to the thirsty, he who has water can receive the stranger, he who has space can give clothing to the naked, he who owns clothing can.

What if it's you?

JJK: „Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it for me.”.

But for some people this could still be an issue, hence my question: Is helping everyone in need a human duty?

SANANDA: Beloved one, what if you yourself are hungry and thirsty, what if you yourself are in need of shelter and clothing, what if you yourself are the least and in need of love?

The soul's balancing act from "wanting to help" to "being able to help" to "shoulding helping" is mastered by those who know themselves.

So go and know who and what you are.

Then reach out your hands to everyone and open your heart to everyone, because you have overcome suffering and found salvation within yourself.
