Message from Sananda: When All Is Done, Rest and Heal

God's blessing on the earth and God's light to people!

The days unfold their power and people become aware of their power. What was darkly conceived does not come to fruition because human realization creates a different reality.

It is not a dream, it is not an illusion, it is not the wishful imagination of some fantasists, but it is the bright future that comes into being through people of good will.

Certainly, now there are hurdles to overcome, attacks to be rendered harmless and many things to be mastered, because the elements that are turned away from life want to assert their power in this world.

JJK: I had a dream today that I was in Bosnia. There I met a light master and I received a light session. The Bosnian Pyramids remained in my mind during the dream and after I woke up.

SANANDA: Expansion of your tasks, healings for you, even in places with which you were deeply connected in different incarnations. The light pillars of the Bosnian pyramids are increasingly activated so that direct exchange with light beings is possible for more and more people. You were there with the Master of Light on this healing day to accompany this process and to be attuned to it yourself.

JJK: That's exciting. Yesterday I felt an incredible lightness. I have three messages for the book „HEAVEN ANSWERS, VOLUME 2“ written. Any heaviness that always comes back to me due to some developments in the world had disappeared. Even today everything feels somehow “liberated”, that’s probably the best way to describe it, yes “liberated”.!?

SANANDA: While many people are now walking through a valley of tears, people who have opened up to their own development are being raised in their vibration. These people experience a new lightness in the midst of major upheavals.

In contrast to most people who refuse to introspect, the energy can circulate freely among people who are used to working with themselves in a well-founded way. The fewer blockages, opinions, beliefs or burdensome karmic connections a person has, the more stable their body, mind and soul are.

Sleep as a Healer

JJK: And sleep – I could sleep 10 hours every day at the moment, yesterday I even did 12!

SANANDA: Long bedtimes are the great healer these days. During sleep, the soul frees itself from the body and enters levels that remain inaccessible to people in everyday consciousness.

People achieve many healings in their sleep, because those parts of your spiritual family that are not incarnated are ready to provide you with everything you need in your current incarnation.

JJK: Can we also consciously make a request before we fall asleep?

For example, I often ask to travel to the Crystal Cities to be energetically charged while I sleep.

SANANDA: Yes, ask for it and it will be given to you. If you go to bed in the evening tired, burdened by everyday life and weighed down by worries, sleep will come to your aid. The soul and body can experience strengthening or healing during sleep. Always feel encouraged to openly communicate your issues and concerns with the light beings of heaven, the angels and your spiritual family. There is a great blessing in this and many miracles are only possible through this direct communication. Seek closeness to your spiritual family in heaven and on earth! This is the source of happiness and is food for the soul.

Disbelief

JJK: The dark plans will not be implemented, you said at the beginning. Why is this often so difficult for me to believe? Because when I look at current developments, things look completely different.

SANANDA: You, like all people, are intimately connected to this reality. For a person it always means a conscious decision to take a higher-level perspective and look at developments as a whole. Like many people, you sometimes lose this in everyday life. This creates this “disbelief“.

To correctly classify these snapshots of current events means stepping out of individual concern and perceiving the entire picture.

More and more people are gaining this ability - and this process, in which people's perspectives expand, can no longer be stopped. Spiritual consciousness is taking up more and more space in the individual - not only souls, but also current events are illuminated with a much greater focus.

JJK: What should I do if I can't see in everyday life what messages - like these - convey to us?

SANANDA: If you are unable to gain a larger perspective, wait until the fog clears and you can see and perceive clearly again. Waiting and expecting, rather than action and reaction, is what you should do when everything has already been done.
