Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

I have been feeling many apprehensive hearts, others joyful. A mixture of feelings, of understandings, quite complex. Everything we have already said up to here is already happening. It is necessary that you have discernment, in whom and what to believe.

The beginning of the process is being quite interesting. Some truths will come to light. Truths, not illuminated, but sad truths. I just need to leave you a little more at ease, that the great truth will not be told by humans.

The entire history of this planet will come to light. But not through programs, films or news made by you. It is necessary that there is credibility and that there can be no type of contestation, so that the truth is really spread and believed.

Many hearts are afraid, many confused, but they are feelings that we knew we would face. So I say to each one of you who calls yourself a Light Worker: The time has come. The time has come for you to help your brothers on this walk. And no, it is not by having long conversations, explaining what is still inexplicable to them.

It is simply being there, being a point of support, answering some questions. But do not try, at any moment, to tell everything you know, to explain the entire history, because it is long and not credible to them. Just place yourself as someone they can trust. Because no lies will come out of your mouth.

You are Light! Is that not how you place yourself? As a Light Worker? So be Light. Light does not catechize, Light does not conquer; Light brings the truth. And the truth brings calm, trust, certainty to the heart. Nothing more. It does not impose, it does not promise, it does not resolve. It just is! And for those who connect with it, they manage to feel it.

So, the great moment has arrived, of the shaking of structures, of the shaking of knowledge, of truths. Truths or that which they imposed on all of you? Rejoice your hearts. Did you not want the movement to begin? There is the movement. And it will become more and more intense.

More and more and more apparitions will happen. And more and more and more lies will also appear. Be careful with what you are having access to. Many will provoke fear, deliberately. Do not forget, they are not few here on the planet; there are many. And they act in strategic points.

So, we continue to say to each one of you: Seek your own truth. Seek the truth in each point, in each news, in each video, in each speech. Fear nothing. All those who are around the planet are Light. Do not believe the opposite. All coordinated by me; in each action, in each apparition.

I started this entire process, so I know how far it will go. Now it is up to each one of you to remain integral, true and on the path. Never forgetting that you have a walk, towards your own evolution. Do not forget that. Do not get distracted.

Many are getting distracted with all this “confusion”, and forgetting that they have a walk, and that it cannot be forgotten ever. It is necessary to continue. It is necessary to go forward. Be ready for everything that will come.

Weekly Challenge

For the challenge of the week, I leave the following. Each one of you will be five minutes in the Divine Presence, daily. To those who answer me at this point that they still do not know how to connect to it, I just say: Seek and you will find.

And why is it a challenge? Because most of you connect, and nothing more. So the challenge is to remain 5 minutes, in the Inner Temple, aligned with the Divine Presence, without thinking about anything. Total silence. Silence, in the mind.

At this moment, we will not pass more specific treatments. You may repeat any of those that have been brought up to here. Listen to the Divine Presence and choose the treatment.

"Stay attentive to the process without forgetting your walk."

Remain centered in your light path. Trust the truths unfolding and continue your evolution with discernment and love.
