There is nothing to fear. Anyone whose heart is immersed in the Light knows that every suffering, every moment of reflection, every apparent problem is an indication, exactly, that they are on the path. That there is something there to be modified, reviewed, understood and released.

Once again I will repeat: Do not suffer the suffering of others. Yes, you can be a friendly shoulder, be a lap, be the one who will look at you with a loving gaze and listen to everything, whatever needs to be said. And at this moment when you are listening, fill yourself with Light, so that the being next to you absorbs your Light; feel welcomed; feel cared for.

Don't say a word. Your look, your emanation of Light, silent, yes, will be enough for that being to realize that there, he found a safe haven, he found a friend, someone with whom he can vent. But even if he insists on asking you: “What do I do, what will I do? How can I solve this problem of mine?”, you will just say: “Listen to your heart.”

We have been repeating this phrase for a long time now. And many, to this day, do not fully understand it. Because they don't understand. Why listen to the heart, if it is the mind that controls everything? And I can assure you that, the heart is the house of love. It is the house of solidarity, of friendship, of all those feelings that you can emanate towards each other, positively.

Never use your mind. It's always the heart. He is the one who has the ability to emanate good fluids, good energy. It's already been said here, but it's always, always worth repeating: Listening to your heart means sitting inside it. Create a small room; a cave; whatever; but let it be yours alone. Don't talk to anyone. It's yours. It's your corner. It's your refuge.

Put in it everything that brings you peace, brings you confidence. And when you want to listen to the heart, go to this refuge. See yourself sitting inside it. This is the first step. It's not that difficult. You can imagine so many things. So, imagine this little corner, inside the heart. And then, when you feel comfortable, fully inserted in that room, in that place, start thinking about what you want to know.

Imagine that there, in that room, there is someone superior; There is someone who loves you more than anything; your Divine Presence. So, always place two chairs: one for you and one for her. And see her sitting; next to you, in front of you, it doesn't matter. What does she look like? With yourself. See it as your mirror, or you can create it the way you want. An old woman, a saint, it doesn't matter. It matters that you create it. And at this moment when you are there together, talk to her; put your desires, your doubts, your problems. And be open to the answers.

I usually say that you often hear the answer; but it's not the one you want to hear. So you leave it aside. You interpret it as something of the mind. In this case, you are completely under the control of the ego, where it calls the shots. Everything has to be as he wants. Or we can say, everything has to be as you want; not how it should be.

So this is a daily exercise. Get closer to your Divine Presences. “Ah, but there is a correct way to call the Divine Presence.” No. There is no formula, there is no recipe, there is no correct flow. There is you believing that it is there; and that she is capable of protecting you and advising you.

Don't create obstacles. “Ah, I need to do ritual “a”, then ritual “b”, then do this, do that so that I can be in the Divine Presence.” You need to believe that you are with your Divine Presence. And at this moment when you see her sitting in front of you, whatever she looks like, it doesn't matter, she will be there. And you can have all the guidance and important warnings she can give you.

But right now, turn off your mind. So that what is said you absorb. It doesn't matter if you believe it. Absorb. And when you finish the whole process, write. Write it down somewhere. Even if it seems completely implausible to you. Even if it feels like you've gone crazy. Write. And keep writing it down. And over time, you will see that a lot of things that were written there will begin to resolve themselves, will begin to happen and you will begin to understand that all that wasn't so crazy after all. It was something that came from Above, from his Divine Presence.

And a more than important point: When you call your Divine Presence to be with you in that place, in your heart, it is not far away and you will need to take several transports to get to you. She is in you. So, as you think, “My Divine Presence, be here with me now!” Immediately she will be. Because it is in you; she is not out.

So are we going to stop putting up obstacles? Let's stop placing obstacles to reach the Divine Presence. Your biggest problem is believing all of this. It is believing that there is this place, which can be created and materialized within you. Do you feel ashamed for being so crazy, going through a process like this?.

“Create something inside my heart. What a senseless thing!” So it is. As long as you think with your mind and your ego calls the shots, you will not get closer to your Divine Presence. Go back to being a child. Children believe everything they read. Everything that is said to her. Without caring whether it will be questioned or not, by your society or by those around you. So, be a child again. Dream, imagine, think. But do something. Stop boycotting yourself. Stop trying to think this is all crazy.

So, I would tell you: Embark on this madness! Be crazy. Create your corner in your heart. Call on your Divine Presence, talk to it. And I guarantee you, you will be surprised at what can be created. Try it. Nobody needs to know. You don't need to talk to anyone. Because there will always be someone who says: “Oh, you've gone completely crazy.!”

Why comment? It's your thing, it's your moment. You don't have to comment. You don't have to explain. And if the first time you try it doesn't work, it's still the ego acting. Because it loses strength when you connect to the Divine Presence. So, insist, repeat one, two, three, four, thousands of times. But don't give up.

This is the path to evolution. This is the path for your walk. Being in the Divine Presence. And I tell you, when you know how to do this, your heart will be filled with so much joy, with so much love, that you will often go there, to your heart, and stay there for hours and hours and hours; just enjoying that energy, that environment, that space of pure love.
