If you are continuously finding yourself on that cycle where nothing is changing,
nothing is moving forward, then step one is making that intention to step off of that cycle and then visually see yourself stepping off that merry-go-round or whatever it is, and then creating or opening to understand and feel what emotions go with that, how it feels inside your physical body.
