This particular question and the answer given by William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council is quite involved and may require more than one reading. We felt that it was an important topic which allows everyone to make their own decision as to its value.

Questioner:  The next question is rather involved.  You, the Council, are saying that because of God there is Christ, and because of Christ there is the action of Divine Love and from that all other forms of love.  And one of the questions is, How do we get Jesus Christ?  Is it possible that there could have been other ways of making this bridge from the material manifestation to the spiritual?

The Council:  First, yes, there could have been other ways, but you as mankind overall from the very beginning of your involvement in the material manifestation deemed it necessary for a direct intervention of the Godhead itself.  Do you understand?

Questioner:  Yes.  Why was it necessary that Christ be the one to do it? If Christ was the first effect or the first creation of God, and if Christ was made incarnate because man didn't get it right or through the millions of years he had not lived a proper life, therefore, Christ, The Christ, which was there from the beginning had to come into the material manifestation and that was Jesus Christ.  Why did Christ have to make the material manifestation and why was it necessary that Christ be the one?

The Council:  Again, you must understand, you must understand the activity of God in all that exists, whether it is in the spiritual or whether it is in the material.  This Divine Being that you refer to as God or God the Father or God the Divine Force or the Godhead, this is an encompassing spiritual Being with its own precise individual identity.  It is not, shall we say, an unrestricted Force, but it is a personal identity.  The magnitude of this spiritual Being is far beyond your abilities to conceive and the material    manifestation will never conceive the magnitude of this Being. This Being in its efforts at creating has to it many personalities or many facets.  As we have said before, look at a diamond.  A diamond is not complete if it is not ground with the right number of facets.  It is not a full and whole diamond.  Just as a diamond has many facets, this Supreme Being also has many facets, but these facets are manifestations of an overall Force in it that you refer to as love.  This overall Force then manifests itself in all that you will ever know exists, whether it is in the material or whether it is in the spiritual, and this comes to you then in ways that you can relate to it and in ways that you deem necessary for your own return.  Do you understand?

Questioner:  Yes.

The Council:  So what has transpired in history has been so because you as a group of souls that need the material manifestation, that need this sphere you refer to as Earth, you deemed it necessary from the very beginning, from the moment of Fall, that such an occurrence would transpire; but this Divine Source that you call God the Father would have accommodated your needs in any manner you would have chosen, for the express purpose of assuring your return to your proper and rightful place.  Do you understand?

Questioner:  I believe so.  You said that we deemed it necessary that this occurrence take place.  Could you explain in what ways we deemed it necessary?

The Council:  If you will recall we made a remark that you all ride the same ship.  Look at it from a broader point of view.  Even though each of you are individuals, have your own personality, you still are tied with one another, for action, for growth, for interaction. Do you understand?

Questioner:  Yes.

The Council:  Very well.  If you would like a simpler statement, you needed a bridge out of the material, a common bridge, and that common bridge then was what you have now.  Of course, keep in mind what we have said about other belief systems, so for those who subscribe to this belief system or that belief system, you are governed by that which you have come into; and each belief system will have its own way out, one not necessarily better than the other, only in relationship to your own personal needs as a soul.
