I love myself even when I feel like nobody else does.

I love myself even if I have never heard from anyone that I am loved.

I love myself even when all I see around is me darkness.

I love myself through my chaotic experience of emotions.

I love myself even when I make mistakes and when I feel I have failed.

I love myself even when all I have learned is how not to love myself.

I love myself because I know that I am created in the image of the universe which exists of pure and unconditional love. I am loving myself through all my thoughts. I catch them, I look at them and I tell them: “I love you even if you don’t believe it. I love you, even if you don’t feel it.”

My soul is radiant; it is so beautiful in its simplicity that my mind can’t fathom the greatness of my own love. Even though I still feel small as a human being I know that in my soul I am pure love. And that is enough, I am enough.

One thing is for certain: we ARE love. It is our essence and it is our nature. We simply cannot be anything but LOVE.

Love is there, it has always been there and now it is time to remember this truth: we are nothing but unconditional love.

Today: love yourself hard, love yourself harder than yesterday. If you feel pain: remember you love yourself even if it hurts. If you feel lost: remember love has never let you go. If you feel scared: know that love is holding you through your fears. You are ALWAYS loved.
