When crossing paths with someone you’ve never met, dare to be the one who smiles first. This reminds each character you encounter that there is no such thing as a stranger; just an epic journey home along a path of many souls. This is the heart of Oneness.

Please enjoy this is a never-before-seen "Throwback Thursday" video. I am forever grateful for these live and in-person retreat days with so many of you from around the world. We laughed, cried, healed, and opened up so beautifully...so deeply. I have truly missed these days! It was the balance of masculine and feminine energies as Julie Dittmar and I co-facilitated experiences on stage together over 13 years.

I'm grateful for the exquisite space she held for the teachings and each of you. She brought joy, peace, and grounding energetically through her powerful shamanic experiential weavings of support and encouragement for everyone's own self-expression and mind/body liberation.
