When crossing paths with someone you’ve never met, dare to be the one who smiles first. This reminds each character you encounter that there is no such thing as a stranger; just an epic journey home along a path of many souls. This is the heart of Oneness.

I have been feeling the energetic intensity and urgency of these times on planet Earth the past few weeks right along with you. Let us join together in visualizing peace in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world, sending love to all of humanity to unite our awakening world as One.

Please enjoy this is a never-before-seen "Throwback Thursday" video. I am forever grateful for these live and in-person retreat days with so many of you from around the world. We laughed, cried, healed, and opened up so beautifully...so deeply. I have truly missed these days! It was the balance of masculine and feminine energies as Julie Dittmar and I co-facilitated experiences on stage together over 13 years.

I'm grateful for the exquisite space she held for the teachings and each of you. She brought joy, peace, and grounding energetically through her powerful shamanic experiential weavings of support and encouragement for everyone's own self-expression and mind/body liberation. We shall gather together again soon IN-PERSON! New cities will be added to my calendar in the next few weeks, so keep checking the website and our social media announcements.
